Ticket purchase
Easy to use and download tickets for events. Would be useful to have option to save tickets to wallet as couldn't see that.

A fun Scottish experience
Before we got in, the place looked amazing, and the security guards were very friendly. The dance itself was a lot of fun, and I will definitely recommend it. The only thing I would add is that it is very warm in there

Easy to book
Easy to book, and pay. Very fast and efficient, my only issue is I unfortunately booked the wrong date and have emailed twice with no reply back. Still given stars though as booking was great

The cinema part of evening was great
The cinema part of evening was great. Such a good idea. It’s a shame about the staff in the bar after. Not made to feel welcome at all. It was clearly an inconvenience for them felt like we were intruding on their staff drinks.

Dan's excellent life drawing sessions!
Dan's sessions are great, I've been to two now! He gives me the space and energy to just enjoy drawing, completely switch off from the day and remove stress, and be in the moment. There's no pressure, just the chance to draw the figure in front of me how I see them. Not your normal life drawing but who wants normal anyway!
Throw in a great venue, lovely people, and a slice of art history where Dan introduces a new artist each session... bloody great!

Cells Tour Dover Maison Dieu
This was the ladies' first tour and so they were a little nervous and kept checking their notes. It was a very interesting and informative tour, accessing areas of the Maison Dieu not usually open to the public. We were disappointed that the court room was closed off due to renovation and there was no mention of this until we got to that area of the tour. Overall a good tour and I'm sure the volunteer ladies will grow in confidence as they complete a few more. Would definitely recommend.

Just a bit fed up paying £4 for each ticket as a booking fee, don’t mind paying a £4 booking fee but not for every ticket

Hi Sharon, thank you for your review.
For insight, booking/admin fees are in place to cover the technology infrastructure, staffing, and costs required to facilitate website sales. This keeps the price even per guest regardless of how many purchases are made. We always give event organisers the option to absorb the whole cost or a partial sharing of this cost. Therefore, if they are showing up for a specific event, this means that the event organiser has chosen not to cover the cost on your behalf.
We appreciate your feedback and hope you have a great time at your event.
