Absolutely useless
Absolutely useless. Avoid this platform. If you have any issues, they offer no help whatsoever and simply pass the buck. Their favourite line is “we are only a booking platform,” which they use as an excuse to do nothing. The staff are rude, unhelpful, and take no responsibility for resolving problems. You’re far better off booking directly through the main site — because if anything goes wrong, DesignMyNight won’t help and apparently can’t help

Easy purchase. Apple wallet link broken.
Easy enough to buy the ticket but the link to put the ticket in my Apple wallet wouldn’t work. Just kept going round in a loop.

It was an easy enough booking, paying and the receipt of the tickets system to navigate.
Only criticism is the lack of 'paypal' as a payment option.

They put us on a year and another year contract and with…
They put us on a year contract and with promising a lot of bookings and large bookings inquiries but nothing was coming through and when we wanted to cancel they said you have a year contract and after that we tried all the way to cancel they didn’t agree and no help then months gone by second year started and they told us you should have cancelled 60 days before the year after all the time we tried to explain that we have been trying to cancel for months and no one helped the answer was always same 60 days before your contract finish! But no one is there 60th day it’s a rip off and piss takers you will loose lots of clients making your clients have no option then paying for years and threatening with courts and debt collectors
