I had seen some sunglasses frames that I liked and wanted clear prescription lens put in… hunted them down and Lucy organised my prescription lens to be put in the Prada frames that I liked …… Great price and I love them !!!! Crizal Sapphire HR UV Glaze not worth the extra
So I’ve had my glasses a while now so feel I can give a better review.
I really like the glasses in general. I saw them in a shop and knew I liked the style.
I paid extra for the Crizal Sapphire HR UV glaze as I struggle with glare when driving at night time. I have to say honestly that I wouldn’t bother paying the extra. I find they are worse than my old glasses and actually feel quite blinded at times. I am sadly disappointed as I was really looking forward to being able to see better at night.
As for customer services they were very helpful when I rang about the delay in my delivery and reassured me.

Online order of reading specs. Very fast delivery and item in a great condition. Unfortunately I didn't not like it (my bad for not noticing a detail I did not like). Contacted the team via email and a day after item was sent I had a full refund without fuss. I will be happy to buy again.

Ordered an Italian brand of sunglasses…
Ordered an Italian brand of sunglasses and payment taken. Then received an email later that day saying the model was discontinued and would I like an alternate. I declined and asked for a refund.
Interestingly, went online to the brand itself…model available and they are on their way….obviously price was at the higher RRP, but at least I will receive them.
I was promised the transaction was voided, then I told them funds had been taken. An apology and told the refund was forthcoming….nothing so far!
Beware…lower prices doesn’t always make sense and I question their business model and certainly their refund process.
