Exceptional customer service from start to finish
This was my first time shopping with Designer Glasses Boutique, and I genuinely couldn’t fault the service I received. Lucy was absolutely fantastic at communicating with me throughout the whole process, and nothing was ever too much trouble. After placing my order, I had a few queries and changes I needed to make. Lucy handled everything instantly and efficiently, and she even went above and beyond to ensure my sunglasses arrived by the date I needed them. I have never rated a business’ customer service so highly. The level of care, communication and attention to detail was exceptional. I will definitely be shopping here for all of my future sunglasses purchases, as I have complete confidence that Lucy and her team will go the extra mile to help. I am very impressed with the service. The sunglasses arrived incredibly fast, and the communication was top-notch. I received regular tracking updates from the moment of purchase until the package was delivered. The product is perfect, and the entire buying experience was smooth and professional. This is absolutely shocking service
This is absolutely shocking service and scam!!! Avoid this company. I ordered glasses in April and still haven’t received them. I was repeatedly told they would be back in stock, which was misleading. You kept my money the entire time, and when I requested a refund, I didn’t receive it.

Don't often give five stars...
Came across this company last year, while looking for some Oliver Peoples frames. Checked if they were an authorised reseller (which they were), so ordered a pair + lenses.
Was so happy with the result I ordered a second (different) set.
Recently, having had to send one of the frames back to OP under warranty (no fault of DGB), and needing to remove the lenses first, I asked if they could refit them, which they did, and a case of there and back / done and dusted in a day.
Impressed, and a special thank-you to Emma and Ally for the great customer service.
Don't often give five stars, but think they deserve them.
