Giuliana was super helpful, professional and knowledgeable.
We ordered a Brera sofa from Poliform. I was at first nervous about ordering such an expensive piece from a website, but online reviews like this reassured me.
I need not have worried.
Everything worked as promised (including timing), and the white glove delivery that we opted for, was impeccable.

Giuliana was extremely helpful and patient. She recommended different products and helped to give her professional opinion on a variety of different choices. You can even request facetime to see items from their display floor. Everything arrived to the United States exactly as ordered and packaged from the original manufacture. We're already buying more things! Only downside is the wait, so I recommend getting everything in at once!

We ordered with delivery from Italy to Germany. The support and communication was very good. The shipping company delivered everything safely. I can highly recommend the shop.
