Really happy with Dedain, though it took a lot of time, the Baxter lights arrived in excellent condition and for a much better price. Because it took long I was a bit worried if Dedain was a real company and I might loose my money. Nothing of the kind! Great service and communication during the proces.

J’ai commandé un luminaire magnifique et fragile chez Deplain. La 1ère raison c’est le prix qui était très intéressant. J’ai pu correspondre avec eux malgré la langue. Ils ont toujours été rapides et clairs. Ils m’ont demandé un délais qui a largement été respecté car j’ai reçu mon luminaire plus tôt que prévu. Puis au reçu du luminaire j’ai apprécié la qualité de l’emballage et la protection du luminaire.

Second time ordering from Deplain. Was contacted a couple of days later to inform me that the product did not pass their QC and gave me the option whether to proceed with the order which will involve a few days delay as the product had to be re-ordered from the supplier. Kudos to the team for inspecting before dispatching!

This was an expensive purchase of a beautiful Italian made sectional couch. I saved thousands by going through Deplain, instead of buying direct from the US designer brick and mortar store. However, I was nervous about the production involving fabric selection and other specifications online and shipping the couch from Italy. The salesman I worked with at , Gianluca, was fantastic. He kept me regularly informed all along the way and helped me fine tune the fabric selection and other details. It took about six weeks for production and another eight weeks for shipping but it arrived in perfect condition at our doorstep. The couch is beautiful and yes it saved me thousands if I had purchased it in the US. Couldn’t be happier with the finished product and the service.
