Dentsply Sirona has completely abandoned its Byte customers. They abruptly shut down operations, stopped responding to any support email and cut off all communication. They left paying customers stranded mid-treatment without their full sets of aligners or promised retainers. Worst of all, they kept our money and offered zero refunds or explanations. This is an completely unethical corporate exit that financial exploits patients who trusted them with their dental care. Avoid this company at all costs.

broken endo handpiece. I called 4 times in 2 months. no response no call back . 2 months later the rep walked in try to sell me a new one. Poor customer service. Overpriced for a company that does not stand behind their product. I am not doing business wuth them anymore

Repeated attempts to get customer support to contact me via their website support page has gone unanswered.

Very poor customer service for Sidexis & Orthophos 3D. I will not buy anything again from Dentsply Sirona

absolute terribly run company from top down. They launch systems worldwide without even having the bugs worked out. the telephone support is not equipped to handle the problems associated with these failures and the company is too proud to admit their mistakes and force hardworking people to endure unneccesary garbage if only they would have refined their platform before launching.

Products are always top quality but their prices keep going up very regularly.

Es la típica empresa que se preocupa por dar un gran servicio al vender, pero, una vez hecha la transacción, el servicio post venta es pésimo. Llevo desde agosto del 2024 tratando de resolver un problema y me siguen ignorando. Si se pudieran asignar estrellas negativas le daría un -10

Dentsply had een defect implantaat geleverd aan mijn kaakchirurg. Het schroefdraad was kapot, daardoor kon de tandarts geen kroon plaatsen. Dit heeft mij heel veel problemen gegeven en ik heb veel extra reiskosten moeten maken voor alle tandartsafspraken. Uiteindelijk moest het implantaat er na 9 maanden weer uit worden gehaald en moest ik opnieuw geopereerd worden. Wederom heel veel pijn in mijn kaak en alles moest opnieuw herstellen.
Dentsply gevraagd om een vergoeding van alle kosten en de letselschade. Het enige wat ik als reactie terug kreeg was dat ik blij mocht zijn dat zij een nieuw implantaat wilden leveren en dat ik de extra operatiekosten niet hoefde te betalen en dat Dentsply de kosten zou vergoeden aan het ziekenhuis.. (maar die operatiekosten had het ziekenhuis ook al wederom op mijn ziektekostenverzekering geclaimd!)
Schandalige gang van zaken om zo met een klant om te gaan met totaal 0 coulance!

Al contratarte prometen permanencia al cabo de los 6 meses de prueba, pero conmigo no lo cumplieron.
