DeliveryQuoteCompare.com Anmeldelser

After entering details of the item, then pick up and destination points I received numerous replies with quotes and timescales involved. All this happened within 12 hours.
Once I received the quotes I chose the one I considered to be the best in my required timeframe.

rubbish company and driver simon had 3 times for delivery of motorbike when it never arrived phoned simon to say it was past a joke and he said he would dump bike in layby also had abusive texts from him after that he as now decided that i will have to wait 7 days for delivery should have been done within 3 day also quotecompare as no control over drivers contacted james bullock from transport nothing SO IF I WERE YOU WANTING DELIVERY TRY OTHER PLACES THIS COMPANY IS USELESS NOT TO BE TRUSTED THE DRIVER IN QUESTION WAS SIMON RIXON DO NOT ACCEPT QUOTES FROM THIS PERSON IF HES ON ANY DELIVERY SITES

This is a very good service, fast & reliable 5*****. Would definitely recommend.!!

I placed an order to transport a motorcycle - pick up and deliver to my house. I received a quick quote which I accepted and after paying deposit Richard Baker got in touch and was very efficient and quick with pick up and delivery as promised. He had purpose built van for motorcycles and not just piled up with other stuff. His communication with both me and the person he picked the bike up from was faultless and stress free. He even sent pictures to confirm delivered. Thoroughly recommend.

Contacted this company to arrange a courier to move a motorcycle.

Initial contact was swift, especially as they wanted their commission paid up front, which I did.

The driver they allocated was seriously poor in service delivery and communication and as a result of this lack of contact I cancelled the order with plenty if notice.

The driver then got in touch explaining he was away fo holidays. Why accept the job if you're not available???

I requested a refund of deposit from delivery quote compare and never had so much as a response to my request.

I paid through PayPal and have now asked them to intervene.

These guys are clearly middle men out to make a fast buck then walk away.

AVOID

An excellent service highly recommended 10/10.Will definitely use the service again top job.

Took my £213.00 and ran.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS,YOU COULD BE NEXT.
In your “about us”section you say and I quote;
“deliveryquotecompare.com has carefully selected its transport partners to enable our customers to compare only the best and most trusted companies in the marketplace”

If you check the company’s reviews there has been seven people scammed in a relatively short period of time, even victims before me.My question for you is,Why was this company still providing quotes after scamming customers before me?.

Makes your carefully selected and the best and most trusted companies statement mean nothing.

What about the £43.00 paid to you?.When do you intend to reimburse me?.

Wonderfull how you can react so quickly to a review but could only answer my early emails and texts that promised me that you would look into this and get back to me.I’m still bloody waiting.

I have been in touch with trading standards and I hope everyone else caught the same way do the same.

Anyway, thanks for your long winded explanation but the truth hurts and every word I have spoken here is the truth.

You charged and put me in touch with a bogus haulier who I turn charged/stole a further £170.00 from me.I am far from a wealthy man and this is a substantial sum of money to me and your reluctance even to try and help one of your customers is a disgrace, shame on you.

First time I'd ever used a service like this, and wholly positive. Was given a range of quotes and opted for the cheapest. Spoke to James at deliveryquotecompare to clarify a few details, he was most helpful and obliging. The person initially engaged to collect my car caught Covid, but he arranged an alternative collection for the same price and everything went like clockwork. I can see from the reviews that not all the contracted third parties are as reliable, but can only report on my experience, with Vinny Walker of e2elogistics.co.uk which was 5 star.

Had a little hiccup due to the driver not turning up nothing to do with quote compare but they quickly arranged another driver and it was done. Would use again great service
