Customer service agent said they will extend the collection time due to them delivering more than 2 hrs late. Got to locker at 21:01 and my time has expired? How long did you extend my collection time by? 1 shift second?

Order was supposed to be same day but wasn’t. No communication on this, and extremely hard to get through to customer services. After all the hassle they only offered me £15 ‘goodwill’ gesture. Will not be using again.
Never use Shift
I cannot understand why a a international brand like IKEA would use a cowboy outfit like Shift. I have been provided with 4 dates for delivery and Shift failed to honour all 4 dates and I have yet to receive my IKEA delivery having waited in for 4 days. Would recommend IKEA change delivery partners as this is damaging their reputation

Did not pickup from Ikea on the day we left, despite selecting same day service. Delayed communication meant we were not in, driver was already 5 mins away when were not at home. Driver did the best he could, but ultimately we had to rush home to avoid our package getting stolen

I didn’t get an email confirmation or a text, but I’ve got a phone call half an hour before the delivery and then the two guys that came was very nice very helpful so great service overall it just would be good if you could get an email confirmation just to confirm what you have paid for

I paid abd was promised delivery within two day. It arrived at the end of day four. Meanwhile every day they kept me hanging not sure if delivery happening or not. I don’t think they realise impact of this disruption on peoples life. Their communication are very poor and when they promise to update they don’t!
Ikea should stop recommending them on their stores!

Fantastic service. After shopping in IKEA on Saturday, we realised we had bought more than we could possibly transport home. Seeing the advert for SWIFT we decided to try it out. We used the terminal to input all our items for delivery, which was booked for delivery on Sunday. 5 minutes into our journey home I got a call from a very friendly guy saying he could deliver it about an hour later. 🤩 I received another call telling me they would be with me in about 20 minutes. My delivery was brought in on time by two lovely, helpful and friendly guys. They were absolute stars and a credit to the company. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone and everyone. Fantastic communication and service definitely 10 out of 10. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Absolutely disgraceful service
Absolutely disgraceful service. Paid £39 at Ikea for a delivery within 2 days. Didn’t turn up the next day and when we got half way through the second day we called only to be told they would be with us between 7-8pm. At 9.15pm we called the driver again who said he would be with us by 10.15pm. Obviously he didn’t turn up. The following morning I called the same driver, Hassan, who denied all knowledge of the conversation the night before and when I gave him our postcode he said he had no deliveries for that postcode and told me to hold. He then cut me off and blocked me so I couldn’t call back. Had a lengthy call with Ikea who were shocked at the service and couldn’t find any record of our booking on the Swift site. They then rebooked it for a week later. I then had a text from Swift confirming they would deliver my items between 4-7 last night?! They turned up about 9pm. Absolutely shocking - would NEVER use again.
I ordered two products together
I ordered two products together. Your delivery rider delivered one product to me. The other product has not been delivered yet. Your delivery rider who delivered my product wanted to leave the product under the house. Then I told him to deliver it to my doorstep. Then he says no I will deliver it here I can't take it to your door later I threaten him I will complain to your office if you don't deliver it here then he comes and I help him take it outside my door he is harming your company by such delivery I was also telling him that if you give me one of my products, I will give you another product on a certain day. He said that it will come the next day since it has not arrived, but that product has been there for three days now and there is still no news about that product.

Waited two full days (delivery window 10am til 10pm)for scheduled, then rescheduled delivery- still not delivered. No communication throughout either day, the website portal never updated, drivers answered one of six call attempts "yes, will be with you later today". Nothing.... How a brand like Ikea associate themselves with this bunch is beyond belief.
The automatic ticket machine was…
The automatic ticket machine was printing blank labels. I paid first, and blank labels came out. I asked the staff at the time, and they said they were out of ink. We waited for them to refill the printer. When they changed the ink, it started printing labels like crazy. Apparently, I wasn't the only one this had happened to. It turns out that after printing about 15 labels, the one I had paid for didn't print. I had to manually enter my address, phone number, and postcode. When I entered my Shift shipping code, I received an email saying the address was different and that I had ordered something else—a sofa. The addresses were switched, and that was a big problem because I had a wrong address and the wrong items. Well, they told me to wait for the delivery. The delivery people called me two days later, and they were incredibly rude and insistent. They insulted me on the phone and wanted to charge me again since they had delivered my package to a different address. After putting up with so much insulting and scolding, they finally decided to come to my address at midnight. I had to wait for them, and we had a huge argument because they wanted me to pay for the trip to the address they had originally been given. They insulted me and threw my things on the floor. I mean, absolutely no manners, terrible service from the start. This is the first time this has happened to me, as I always buy online and have never had this problem before. It was the worst experience of my life. This is the first time I've ever complained.
