Tried to contact this company several times, have copies of emails sent to them but no reply, I received NO parking fine with time of the alleged overstay and no ANPR photographic evidence, instead I have received a second notice saying I haven’t paid the fine. I emailed the company after this but no response, now I have received a third notice, once again I have emailed the company and no response. I have requested the time of the alleged offence and photographic evidence which I have yet to receive. Poor company preying on others. Guess I’ll see you in court.

This company is an absoloute joke. They are very happy to take your money for parking tickets. They are not happy to email you or answer your call- I have emailed them numerous times and called them multiple times for up to 50 minutes and had no answer from the phone/ email. The one time I did her through (after a 45 minute wait on the phone) I spoke to an extremely rude and arrogant man called Robert from the collections department who refused to even tell me who DRP was regulated by. Disgusting company with zero morals and zero will to help.

Be very wary of this company!
I called the 0208 234 6775 to enquire how to pay a bill.
The call operator insisted that I had to give him all my card details to him over the phone.
I did not trust or feel comfortable with giving all my credit card details to a stranger.
I asked if I could pay another way.
He told me there was no other way and I had to give my details to him directly now.
This is completely untrue and payments should always be made through, their website.

Rachael was exceptionally helpful sorting out a misunderstanding with the issue. She followed up quickly and efficiently and had it solved within hours of my call

Monica was very helpful, she listened when I explained the situation and then looked into it further. Came back and confirmed that the charge had been cancelled but the parking company hadn't updated the account. She cancelled this for me and confirmed.

No responce to email and calls.
They keep the fine with them till its not a huge amount.

You call them and they are just confirming what you have on the letter. In 2026 cannot do installments online only on the phone, they ask on the phone to give them all the bank details to make the payment.

After struggling to pay and set up payment plans with other colleges, I spoke to Mike today who was amazing, he set up the payment plan for me straight away and gave me all the information I needed thankyou Mike!!

Dealt with a women called Karen Maddock about a parking fine which I had received through the post.One phone call was all it took and Karen sorted it all out for me.Fantastic service.Also kept me updated with emails with what was happening.Very happy customer.

Very difficult company to deal with. They offer to discuss options. Those options offered are pay or be taken to court. They are not a bailiff, they are just a way of adding to the fine. Very intimidating, very difficult to communicate with.

Worst company I have ever contacted or tried to contact as the agents keep being rude and cutting off it took me over a month to finally put my point across if I could shut this company down I would do it in a heartbeat, horrible nasty people work here with seriously bad attitude and no customer service skills whatsoever
