Debt Recovery Plus Anmeldelser 

I received a PCN in the post and paid it on that day. I took screenshots of the payment and of my bank statement as proof. Despite this, the debt was sold to Debt Recovery Plus who are hounding me to pay a hefty fine, and I cannot get in contact with them to resolve. I have tried to call multiple times but it just rings and rings. I have logged a case on their website (no email address available),which they have ignored. Waiting for them to now start knocking on my door and putting a black mark against my name.

They work together with Local Parking Management Ltd, or maybe its one of their shell companies, anyway, they have a scam whereby they issue Parking tickets to people who have a right to the spaces in question. When I called DRP the told me to call LPM but to no surprise you just get through to DRP. A lawsuit sounds about right ✅️

Ajay managed my case for me and was very helpful and communicated very well. He raised my issue with the parking company directly and eventually the charge was cancelled.

Helpful, constructive and professional

I was hitting a wall trying to challenge a parking ticket.
I decided to call the debt recovery company just to prevent further action while I attempted to sort the issue.
My call was answered immediately. Patrick was measured,professional and understanding. He made my day by being able to get to the root cause of the problem.

I had the grounds to contest my fine but the proof was still yet to arrive. They put the debt on hold, then after a month I called up, showed proof and they removed it.

All easy and friendly, my only reason for 4 stars is it isnt clear how to contest, but you just haver to call up

Leon Beckford gave an excellent service. He was extremely helpful and kind. Especially as the situation was not pleasant, as I genuinely thought I had paid the fine on receipt of the outcome of my appeal on 29th of July.

Initial contact by phone, up to an hour, not good I hung up!
Third try called early, spoke to Rachel who was patient, kind and she listened.
A two way conversation both respectful.
A difficult situation but the outcome was good for the both of us.
