DankStop sucks.
I’ve placed an order since February 7th, 2023. It’s now march 3rd, 2023. It’s been almost a month. Have left 6 emails, no reply to any. Have called numerous times but it’s just a robot saying nobody is available. Had to file a dispute with my bank just for my money back. Don’t order from them, they never ship and have horrible customer service. Ended up ordering from Grasscity and smoke cartel.

We do our best to provide speedy delivery, however we did face a minor backlog in February that might have delayed your order slightly. But given that it's over a month of delay, I suspect there's more to the case.

havent responded to 6 emails over a 6 week period, then send a partial order and wont give me a refund for the rest thats missing, and now there having a sale on those same items? avoid at all costs, have to do a chargeback on my visa now.

Have not seen my order, not happy with ur chosen tracking route which is big time invasive. No real way to contact C's to find out where it is or for that matter how it shipped or if it actually did.

My item came broken and I believe it…
My item came broken and I believe it was intentional because I didn’t pay for the additional shipping insurance! I included a picture showing the damage due to the manufacturer’s packaging, they did not tape the bag closed and the banger was flying around broken in the box when it was delivered. Don’t buy from them, they do not back up their products unless you pay extra. They sent me a email back and here it is:
When you placed your order with us you were prompted to purchase Route Shipping Insurance for it which would have covered your package for lost, stolen or damaged goods. Seeing as you chose not to purchase the shipping insurance I can not issue you a free replacement. My sincerest apologies about this policy. Not to worry however! I can issue you a 20% discount code for the items. If this resolution works for you just let me know and I will issue you your code right away!

We're sorry to hear that you received a damaged banger, broken glass is so heartbreaking. Our fulfillment team takes extra measure to ensure your items are packaged safely in the box, however shipping accidents do occur on occasion. That's why we employed the help of Route Package Protection to insure packages from such issues during transit.
It is often not needed, but every once in a while a shipping issue does occur and the insurance comes in handy. When your order is placed, the warehouse received a prompt with the items it can fulfill, since Route is not a physical product, it does not show up regardless if your order is insured or not.
We know how frustrating it is to receive damaged items, which is why our support team went beyond regular service to offer you a discount for a replacement.

This company is a joke received a broken bong just for them to tell me I should have gotten the insurance when it wasn't specified that the insurance was for shipping but still if they didn't properly wrap the bong and it broke because of them they should be replacing it. I will never order from them again

Product came on time, no updates after purchase confirmation
I have purchased from this company a few times years ago and never had a problem. I saw they had a sale on the puffco and ordered. After checking out I got pop ups and got worried. After a google search and seeing reviews I debated canceling. I ordered on a Thursday and Tuesday it came(21+ signature required) with no tracking update. I would only ordered from them if you have to. From the reviews I got lucky?

Do Not Buy From Dankstop
Terrible company. The site said if I ordered in the next three hours (23rd), my items would arrive on the 27th. Place the order. Check the tracking update, and I won't get the items til the 30th. Get the package, and an item is missing. Go back to the order on my website, and the missing item is still waiting to be shipped out. Over a week, and no updates from Dankstop informing me of the delay. Their own tracking listed all of the items being shipped and delivered. Try support through phone and email, nothing. Will never order from them again.

Still never got my package, was never shipped. I have emailed countless times, no resolution. Have open insurance claim as advised and still no product.

I took a look at your order and it seems that it was split into 2 packages as we sent it out from separate warehouses. This helps us lower delivery times during busy periods such as the holiday season when you ordered.
We send automated email notifications with shipping updates and information. It's possible that you missed these confirmation emails as they sometimes get lost in the promotions tab or spam folder.
