Really appreciated the help and communications to make sure I got the parts I needed.

Excellent communications through with my order so i knew exactly the process of my order, first class and would reccomend to anyone

Excellent service from start to end. Great advice given and not pushy at all. Really competitive price. I purchased though cyclescheme and the process went through with ease. Thanks Paul.

LBS service via on line purchase.
I was replacing a Shimano free hub, cyclesense went the extra mile to ensure I had ordered the correct part. All fitted and back on the trail. Thanks

Well organised and efficient service.
Honest and pleasant staff.
Attention to detail.

Had a problem with my defy seat post, gave John a ring and it was dealt with straight away. First class service on a first class bike. Very grateful to the Cyclesense crew, wouldn't go anywhere else 👏

There were some delivery problems (not the fault of Cyclesense) but Paul and John could not have been more helpful in getting a replacement bike sent as soon as possible. Courteous, friendly and communicative. Outstanding service.

Tim was very helpful, went above and beyond to help me find a giant cycle.Paul

Great service from the guys at cyclesense. Paul called after I’d paid for the bike to check I was happy with everything. Turned out I’d ordered a frame too large for my height. Paul advised and recommend the correct frame even though at the time he didn’t know if he had a medium in stock and hence could have lost the sale. They did have a medium and it was shipped very quickly. Very well boxed out with minimal work needed to return the bike to its shop status. Couldn’t be happier with the product and the service from cyclesense.
Thanks for a hassle free online purchase guys 🚴‍♀️👍🏻

Having used cyclesense on a number of times and never been disappointed . In my latest purchase they have surpassed all expectations with a super fast . Efficient . Helpful and affordable service . Absolutely Brilliant shop . It would be a struggle to find anyone better than Paul

Just wanted to feedback on the brilliant service provided by Paul and the team after my purchase of a Van Nicolas Deveron last year. Paul was great in listening to my requirements and answering questions, communication was excellent throughout and I have been thrilled with the bike which has completed several thousand miles of touring uneventfully so far. For anyone looking at a new bike purchase I couldn’t recommend a better establishment!

Really great customer service experience. I enquired about a product they didn't even have listed on their website. Paul said, let me look into this and I'll see if I can source it for you. Came back to me very quickly and said we'll have it in a couple of weeks for you. Sure enough 2 weeks later Paul emailed to let me know it was now on the website. My order has now been placed. Look forward to receiving the Hebie prop stand. Thanks guys

Staff where super friendly and helpful with online sales and where able to post me the handlebars I needed fast and safe. Really happy with product. Thanks

These have got to be the best cycle people going! Not only was the service and delivery spot on the director even called me to make sure the size, spec and what I wanted the bike for were all correct, amazing service!
These are my goto bike people from now on.
Bravo

Had an issue with my order, there was a slight issue do with IT which meant that the issue was not raised with them but once informed of the issue cyclesense were very knowledgeable and helpful

Problemlose Kommunikation aus Deutschland, problemlose Abwicklung/Bezahlung, sehr rasche Lieferung, gut verpackt und trotz Zoll deutlich preiswerter als in Deutschland (Moultan Transporttasche). Gern wieder!

Ordered some gear I couldn't find in the U.S. It arrived in a matter of days, well packed and in perfect shape. I'm impressed and will be back.

Brilliant customer service. John (and Dave) sorted out a little niggle I had with delivery of my new bike with speed and charm. An absolute pleasure to do business with Cyclesense
