Excellent customer service
I contacted them about an issue with my order and Mick responded very quickly and sorted everything out immediately. Friendly, helpful and straightforward service — couldn't really ask for more. Very impressed and would happily use them again.

Really helpful

Good range of stock, competitively priced with quick efficient despatch and delivery

great service, good price.

I ordered the incorrect part for my Cube bike, however I was able to return the part and get a full refund, before ordering the correct part, big thanks

Outstanding customer service and super fast delivery!I accidentally ordered the wrong bike light online, and it had already shipped before I realized my mistake. I went ahead and ordered a second, more expensive light instead. Not only did the second order arrive super quickly, but the team at 3 Peaks Cycles also processed a refund for my original mistake before they had even received the return package back! They were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. It is rare to find this level of trust and efficiency with online shopping. I highly recommend them and will definitely be buying from them again!

I ordered wrong part managed to cancel the order easily and money was refunded quickly with no issues

Initial contact and ordering very easy. Pick up at shop a great experience

Fast efficient delivery. Good price compared with bigger traders. Good to support independent bike shops.

I bought one very small inexpensive online, for collection.
The service I received was exceptional, and collection was straightforward and polite.
The shop itself is also quite brilliant, and also houses a cafe.

Regular updates on dispatch etc. good price. Arrived perfectly but not over-packaged. Really happy, thank you.

Absolutely fantastic customer service. Above and beyond any other cycle retailer I’ve dealt with online. Quick response and speedy service. Thanks guys 😁

Fabulous independent bike shop and cafe in the heart of Settle. We dropped in for a leisurely coffee and cake (but there’s a selection of savouries too). Left with our arms full after getting some expert advice about a helmet. There’s a good selection of bikes, accessories and then books, maps and gifts for the cyclist in your life. We often drop in whether on a ride, or just because ….

After needing a small part for my bike. 3-Peaks Cycles could not have been more helpful in sourcing the part and getting it to me. Friendly and quick service.

Excellent service, great price and super prompt delivery

Very fast delivery, got me out biking again. Thanks.
