Obselecenes or Poor Service.
Its quite frustrating that you cannot find anyone to speak to at Cutler and Gross.
I'm on my second pair of frames, but likely my last.
They look pretty good, but the hinges and/or arms are soft, so they slowly warp.
That's kind of a thing, but I've tried to contact them several times, to buy replacement arms (as this will likely resolve the issue.
Its just madness, because they don't answer - no way to contact anyone... Even if I want to pay to replace something that's probably faulty or low quality, you can't.
This kind of poor consumerism needs to be stopped.
Built in obselecense (or lack of access to parts) is a waste, an environmental hazard and a moral hazard.

But I contacted Cutler and Gross via the website and they offered to repair my glasses free of charge and courier them back to me. Thank you Giselle, no fuss, no charge just perfect service. Visited the Shoreditch store recently…
Visited the Shoreditch store recently to get new glasses (already a customer from 6 years ago). Sharisa (if spelt correctly) was a star. I hadn't booked a fitting but she gave me so much time and space and of course, I ended up getting the frames she first said were the ones for me (1393's in green). Finally got them back today and they are superb. As expected from C&G. Thanks Sharisa !

My order was packed, and in the hands of DHL within 4 hours.
Better, the quality of these frames are absolutely delightful. I woke up this morning looking forward to wearing them to work today.

La réputation de Cutler and Gross n'est plus à faire : des lunettes solides, faites main et très confortables! Pour l'achat, je suis passée par EKLA, un opticien à Paris dans sa boutique dans le 10eme. En plus de l'examen de vue très pro pour mes verres, ils ont géré toute la partie administrative. C'est le seul endroit où j'ai pu acheter des lunettes de ce standing en profitant du tiers payant intégral avec ma mutuelle. Nickel!

You can always tell a brand that cares about its customers (we have 3 C&G glasses) when they turn a poor customer experience into a great experience. They re-polished both my glasses that had white rubbing marks from being in a C&G glasses case that was too tight. They look like new again. Thank you

Premium specs
I visited the Bath store with my new prescription and quickly received excellent advice on a new pair of spectacles. It felt collaborative as I explained the style I liked to the team. I walked away with a classic frame that suits my style and personality. The team had my spectacles ready a week later which were perfect. I felt welcomed and look forward to coming back for a fresh look in the future.

My glasses were cross-threaded, so they replaced them.
I have a pair of the 1366 Square Opticals which I got from my optometrist a couple years ago and ended up getting my eyes tested recently and needed to change out the lenses. Unfortunately the optometrist wasn’t able to loosen the rim lock at all, and my optometrist feared the screw may be cross-threaded.
So I emailed the customer service team with Cutler & Gross about it, where I was placed in touch with Marie Wilkinson. I wasn’t expecting anywhere near the level of generosity displayed, but I’m so grateful for it. They are sending out a new pair to replace my current frames. I’m still so shocked by it, but so very grateful too. Real premium highbrow customer service, that very much matches the products. Thanks so much for your help Marie! I’ll definitely be buying from Cutler & Gross again.

Even though there was a small issue with my frame, the Cutler and Gross team handled everything perfectly.
They were kind, responsive, and genuinely attentive — you can feel they really care about what they do.

I love the frames from Cutler and Gross. Shortly after I got them, I got a little fission in the corner. The customer service rep, Marie, was super helpful and understanding. She really went all out to resolve the issue. I highly reccomend.

I have loved Cutler and Gross frames for years. Every time I go to the Spitalfields location, I am always impressed with the staff. Ammar skillfully adjusted my frames and answered my questions about the lenses. Sam and Raman gave me a warm welcome and provided a pleasant experience. I highly recommend their products and services.

Fantastic customer service
The customer service I've received from Cutler and Gross has been excellent. I purchased by Cutler and Gross 1386 frames from a third party, online retailer. My new frames needed alteration, but local opticians refused to touch something they didn't sell. Marie at Cutler and Gross customer care was quick to help me take measurements so I could send my frames to her, and she performed the adjustments free of charge.
I couldn't be happier with how Cutler and Gross handled the process, especially for someone who didn't buy directly from them. The frames are of excellent quality and are very comfortable.

Frames look great but poor material
Frames look great but poor material , after a little over a year the frame had started to literally loose there shine. Two years later and frames totally matt with greying.
I’ve worn glasses for around 50 years and these have aged worse than any pair I’ve ever had.
