Custom Plugs Anmeldelser

Took money for order. Once confirmation came through they emailed to vaguely say they had supply issues so orders may take longer than said. 3 weeks later no item has turned up and have requested refund with no response.

Site is clearly selling items they don’t possess and are not sure when or if they can get them for customers. Clear sign of a business operating in bad faith. Avoid.

I've been ordering from Custom Plugs for the last few years and have had a great experience every time. Great quality plugs/tunnels/body jewellery with quick delivery and the Custom Plugs team are lovely and really responsive. Looking forward to my next order.

I love tht they have different designs of jewellery and I’m new to ear stretching I’m at 0g and this is the first company tht I haven’t had a reaction to there jewellery which im so thankful for

Been ordering from Custom Plugs for over 10 years. Met the people who started it at a tattoo convention and got a business card from them, so they were the first thought when wanting new plugs. Got tones of options, so whatever looks or vibe you're going for, they either have exactly what you're looking for or something very very close. Never had a bad experience with them.

The delivery is amazingly quick and all the things I've bought have came within 2 business days after I ordered and I've always been 100% happy with all of them. I was suggested this brand when I started my eye stretching journey and I'm so happy I chose them. I couldn't have had a better experience with stretching my ears

My plugs came fast and are exactly what I wanted 🖤

I recently ordered, and mistakenly ordered the incorrect size for the plugs that I needed. Carmelo Was the support agent who reached out to me initially about my order, and the one who assisted me throughout in order to get an exchange. Their responsiveness, and approach to handling the issues on my order (which were my fault) were ideal and incredibly appreciated. An example of a great employee.

I order with custom plugs occasionally.

But every order I have done has been absolutely out of this word. A wide range of designs, shapes and materials and they're all fantastic!

My go to place for Plugs!

Absolutely beautiful plugs! They pay attention to the details, amazing work really🥹🥹 Would definitely 10/10 recommend, top quality product💖

Ordered two sets of plugs and came 2 days after I ordered them one of the sets of plugs were a random pair and they are gorgeous stone plugs which are worth more than I paid for them 100% will be ordering again

Never had any problems with this company. And the plugs i get are amazing. Suck cool designs

Amazing communication with clients. Made an order for custom plugs and Ella communicated with me via email the whole time, making sure the design was perfect. The package was also shipped on the same day. Thank you Ella, you're amazing 🩷

Nothing makes me happier than seeing that sick looking envelope come through my door! I ordered a selection of plugs and tunnels on there free plug promotion and like everything that they've chosen to add to my order!
The mystery checkout plugs are always a solid addition to all of my orders! Will continue to grow my collection using them for many years to come! ❤️

Good service , fast delivery

MY NEW PLUGS ARE SOOOOOO PRETTYYYYY I always get the random set on checkout too and they’re always SO CUTE

These plugs were suggested to my son because of the high reviews he ordered them January 24th and a month later still hasn't received them. He's contacted the websites customer service many times and their responses are to contact the mail carrier for our issue. The mail carrier that was "supposedly" used and shows on tracking on our end cannot be tracked due to the order being out of the US. No refund and no product!

Acquisto da un po’ da custom plug particolarmente dilatatori hanno un prezzo alto ma dovuto dalla qualità e dai materiali che usano, sito consigliatissimo.

Oh WOW! would most definitely recommend this company!

1 - quality = outstanding, so well made. Very smooth, wonderful fit. Very comfortable to wear.

2 - communication = brilliant, regular updates on purchase and delivery, but without feeling overwhelmed by unnecessary emails.

3 - delivery = awesome! Ahead of predicted time.

💖So worth using this company!!💖

Always been amazing quality products, recently attended my sons wedding in a pair of custom plugs plugs and they went amazingly with my outfit.
