Custom Plugs Anmeldelser

I’ve been ordering from custom plugs over several years now and I’ve always been happy with the quality of what I’ve received. They have great customer service and I’ve even got free plugs before for being a returning customer. I will always use them for my plug fix!

Custom Plugs is awesome! I have loved all the products I have gotten, all high quality and stylish. Website is easy to navigate and products shipped out so quick! Highly recommend.

Always used custom plugs for all things ear stretching.. and always been super happy with the quality and service.

Always super happy with my purchases! Cannot fault the team!
Been a loyal customer for many years and will continue to buy my plugs and body jewellery from them🎉

My first time purchasing from Custom Plugs and an error on my part I ordered the wrong stretching kit. So I popped over an email to the team and received an email back from Carmelo who couldn't of been more helpful.
Customer service from Carmelo was absolutely fantastic and my new dead stretching kit arrived very quickly!

Thank you so much to Carmelo and everyone at Custom Plugs for a fantastic service you will be my go to for everything I need for my ear stretching journey and beyond.

Genuinely the best selection and range of sizes you're ever going to find!

Self made error was quickly and efficiently resolved by the fantastic Carmelo, her customer service was beyond the call of duty! Have bought many items from Custom Plugs and al;ways been completely satisfied.

Fast deliveries and always reassuring qualities, my go to for ear plugs :)

Carmelo's customer service was above and beyond, such a fantastic company, incredible staff and the jewellery is always the best quality. Will continue shopping with them for years to come!

I have always bought my jewellery from these lovely people, I get an extra gift every now and then, they are fair priced good quality and delivery is always quick cannot fault them.

I absolutely love these guys.
Excellent selection so you can have a cool different set of plugs for every day of the year! Branding and packaging is cool, always get my orders on time. What's not to love! Thanks for being awesome.

Amazing service from an incredible team. I have shopped with them multiple times and will continue to. Thank you custom plugs

Excellent quality products and a free set of tunnels, equally as cool as the ones I ordered :) very fast delivery also.

They refuse to give you the Royal Mail tracking information - forcing you to download the third party Shop App - which Royal Mail doesn’t even provide the tracking and delivery details to anyway! Other companies like ASOS & Discount Dragon also use this app - but still provide customers with the Royal Mail tracking number so you can look it up for yourself. That’s good customer service. Custom Plugs isn’t.

The variety, and number of options to choose from is incredible. The choice of various material to choose from is great and I especially love the engraved wooden designs, they’re insanely cool. Ordering was super easy and the pricing is very reasonable, and delivery is exceptionally fast

I ordered some glass plugs from here, as I was looking to continue dead stretching but didn't wanna wait for an order from Body Art Forms. Especially for just 2 glass plugs. Navigating the website was very easy, and I managed to find some red glass plugs on sale! I snatched them up immediately as red is one of my favourite colours, and the checkout process was simple. I got emails keeping me up to date on my order, and the plugs arrived quickly. The quality of them are on par with all my other glass plugs, and I cannot complain in the slightest for the price I paid.

Excellent product quality, wide selection, and truly excellent customer service. They're always my first choice. Highly recommended.

Amazing costumer service! Quick responses and really helpful 🙌
