The experience was everything I hoped for in a custom jewelry service. Responses were always prompt. I never had to wait more than a day between messages with the design team. I felt taken care of every step of the way from uploading design inspiration, to getting an initial render, to selecting the main diamond, to iterating through the designs until it was just right. Once the ring design was approved manufacturing and shipping happened earlier than promised, which worked out will for me. For anyone that wants a one of a kind design for a ring, this is the company to go with.

This experience has been a delight from start to finish! I worked with multiple people on this project and each person was amazing. I had inspiration pictures of what my future fiancée wanted her ring style to be. Working with Jane at first and the designers, we were able to achieve our design after a month of back and forth. I really appreciated the drawn artwork with multiple options in designs and different metals to start out with. I always felt in control of choosing to design the ring exactly as I wanted. Even after achieving the final design and waiting for payments, I had a change in the design I wanted and the Custom Made team was able to change it for me with no problem. Even after the payments, I ran into a medical emergency where I had to dip into my ring budget to help me cover. The Custom Made team was super understanding and held onto the ring until I was able to pay the final amount. That was such a relief off of my shoulders and I was able to save up as quickly from that incident to finish paying off. After paying, the ring was ready and shipped very quickly to my home. I loved the packaging it came in and the ring looks even better in person. I could not be happier with my process with Custom Made for this ring. My experience with CustomMade was so surprisingly, unexpectedly positive. Why? Because when I hear the term “custom made” I’m skeptical. It seems everything is mass-produced as cheaply as possible and any silly customization will cost you an arm and a leg. Just putting my initials on a Titleist ProV1 golf ball increases the price 20-25% on an already overpriced, mass produced piece of plastic. But I took a chance with CustomMade after a lot of research into custom jewelers, because every example CustomMade piece that I saw online looked so unique and tasteful and beautiful. This seems to be the real thing - an opportunity to create a truly unique, custom piece of jewelry. So I started my request inquiry on their portal, expecting that I’d probably fill out a form with my vision for this piece and receive back a generic, AI bot-generated depiction of the piece I described. The reality completely exceeded my expectations. After completing the very brief project survey, covering a few very general details - a high level description of my piece, the metals or stones I’d like to use, the quality of those materials, etc, I received a professional, prompt, thoughtful response from a HUMAN on the CustomMade team, Bridgette. That first interaction was refreshingly positive but I was still skeptical, “Well, this is the sales pitch. This high-touch interaction can’t possibly last. I’ll be relegated to an AI bot or a digital survey tool for the rest of this process and I’ll end up with a ring that looks like it’s from Jostens.” I was wrong. Over the next 2-3 weeks, I had frequent text- and email-based communication with Bridgette via the company’s very simple and intuitive web portal. Bridgette asked me lots of questions, and made recommendations that she thought I might like, and then had the CustomMade team mock-up each iteration of my piece, until I was satisfied with every tiny design feature…every detail. She also patiently reversed a few of my requested changes after I saw the mock-ups and and decided I didn’t like the addition. From start to finish this was a high-touch experience, totally exceeding my expectations and resulting in a piece that I like far better than my original vision. Between the customer service, the high degree of customization and the high quality of the finished product, I was blown away by the CustomMade experience and can confidently recommend this team to anyone who wants to create something that is truly one of a kind.

I recently used CustomMade’s rush service for an engagement ring. The final product is absolutely beautiful and exactly what my soon to be fiancé had described she wanted. Equally impressive as the ring was the customer service provided. I was walked through each step of the process and never went more than an hour without a response from the team. I recommend this service for any project, this company was extremely impressive!

They were very easy to work with; what I mean by that is they are flexible with whatever design you’d like and are straightforward when it comes to pricing. The end product I received was exactly what I requested, which IMO says a lot about how amazing this company is!

When I was looking for a company to help me create a design for a ring, I had a tough time trying to find a trusted company to go with. To be honest, when I found CustomMade, I was skeptical about how trustworthy they were seeing as though I found them online. They put my skepticism in the trash and went above and beyond for me! They managed to talk me through my ideas and design options and helped me through finding the right stone for my fiance. When the ring came in, I had no idea that not only was I getting a ring of high quality, but they also sent me a proposal survival kit, which was amazing to see and helped me through the process. My now fiance absolutely loves her ring and we will most likely be going through them for a wedding band. Wish I could give more stars for an Excellent service!!!

From start to finish, they were supportive and kept me informed at every step. I'm thrilled with the outcome of the ring; the service was exceptional, and the packaging was beautifully done. Opening the box felt like uncovering something truly special. I would definitely order from them again and again. I recently sent a ring to my boyfriend in the Netherlands, and a year ago, I got one for my brother in Switzerland. While the country taxes can be high, the quality of the ring makes it worth every penny. It's simply perfect.

After finding the love of my life and knew I was going to spend the rest of my life with her I set out on the nerve racking adventure of finding the perfect engagement ring. I had looked at different companies and even went into a few stores looking for the perfect match and honestly wasn’t happy with any of the options I found. I had heard about custom made and thought what could it hurt? Why not give them a shot? Thankfully, like most women my soon to be wife sent me many many rings she dreamt of and I used those as inspiration for her custom ring. The process was incredibly easy and after submitting inspiration photos the kind folks at custom made got right to work and designed the absolute best ring I could’ve ever dreamed of. I sent my fiancée the 3D photos and played it off like it was a ring one of my friends was going to give to his girlfriend in a soon to be proposal and she got so jealous of it I thought she might explode, it was the one. I proposed to her on the north shore of Kauai and still to this day I see her staring at it and rotating it in the perfect light to see the sparkles.

Not only did I get my engagement ring from them but also had them design the perfect wedding band as well. My soon to be wife could not be anymore happy with it and it almost gets annoying with how many times she sticks it in my face and brags about it.

10/10 use custom made if you want a custom match for the girl of your dreams. They will not let down and for us indecisive guys it makes it so much easier.

This is not my first marriage and so when purchasing my first ring I went the traditional route. This time I wanted to Persia on connect to as much of this process as I could. I wanted to see her in the ring I asked her to spend her life with me, with. I came to custom made with only a rough idea but a very clear idea of the value of what I wanted. I cannot stress that choosing custommade was hands down the single best decision I made. The ring was the absolute picture of perfection for me and my now future wife.
More than just being able to design the ring of my dreams, I was actually surprised how affordable it was and how patient everybody who helped in the creation of this ring was. I’m a Guy that doesn’t live on a paycheck to paycheck basis I kind of make my money where I need it and so for me, it was daunting to think about how much all of this was gonna cost. I’d say this was probably the second half of what makes choosing custom-made the best decision I could not be happier with the value the price and the end product of what came out of choosing this company. I would definitely recommend it to anyone searching for a personal engagement ring
