Couldn’t fault the experience at all! Everytime I messaged, someone got back to me really quickly and thoroughly answered every question I had (which was many).

From start to finish, this project could have taken about 2 months if I was quicker, but I took my time and dragged it out to about 6 just because I was in no rush. I was kept up to date all the time about the progress of my project and found the message reminder emails really helpful, though maybe slightly too frequent at times.

As I live in the UK, the delivery/shipping was my main concern but the courier (UPS) was very good and arrived within two days of shipping notification.

I really liked and appreciated that at no point during the process did I feel like I was being pressured into completing the project. I hate the whole pushy salesman/saleswoman tactic. They tailored the whole service to my requirements.

One idea from me that would have been cool to have would be maybe a small document to show highlights of my project being created, maybe to include pertinent stages of the project, like the initial sketches and 3D rendering, and professional photos.

It's was really a smooth operation. I was honestly very skeptical at first since I could not find any store front information or reviews that felt credible outside the website. But I figured I would give it a try. After completing the initial sketches my mind started to ease with how responsive and helpful they were. Very quick response to every question and change i wanted to make the entire way through. Was a very cool experience and custom made, made the experience extremely easy. I fell like the price i paid was fair for a custom ring made from a few inspiration pictures and what had in my mind. My fiancé absolutely loves the ring.

From start to finish the team at CustomMade helped me every step of the way creating the perfect engagement ring. Answered all of my questions (and there was a lot), being super patient with me, and seeing the vision just like I did. They were super prompt and I never felt like I didn’t know what was going on. All of the people over there were so kind and you could tell that they love doing what they do. They gave me a ring that was even better than I imagined and I’ll be forever thankful for them.

Emily, who designed our rings, was brilliant. She really took the time to understand our vision and gave insightful recommendations for durability, longevity, etc. Replies were always super fast, and each stage of the process was talked through with us. Absolutely delighted!

Being able to upload inspiration photos and work with the team to create a perfect ring from home was a fantastic experience. I had time to review each step, and the price was within my range.

I had the best experience with Custom Made! They helped me design my own engagement ring, to ensure I got the EXACT piece that just screamed “me.” Even though I was unsure of what I wanted design wise at first, they were patient and most helpful with throwing out ideas and helping me come to a decision. I ran into money issues along the way, and they were kind enough to put the project on hold until I got back on my feet-without pressuring me to continue and without making me pay to move forward. The piece I got is gorgeous!! It’s exactly like the professional photos I got sent. I definitely was leery about using an online only company at first, but I was able to get a gorgeous tanzanite heart stone and the band I wanted, so I’m very happy I took a chance! 10/10 overall experience!!!

They made everything easy to track, and where super helpful and understanding, if changes needed to be made it was quick and easy, and would always keep you in the loop,there was never a day where I did not receive a message from them, whether it was a reminder or a update on the project, it was a great experience
