Pat, the owner - was simply painless to deal with.
I was building a PC to optimized AI work and he dealt patiently and thoroughly with me. Through every. single. step.
Twenty emails later (my fault, I'm very picky) we had the exact build I wanted and cheaper that the nearest competitor by nearly $1000CAD.
My biggest hang up was his location. I am in western Canada, he is in the eastern United States. I was worried about cross-border shipping, and he was a pro at it, even refunding me the difference for an unexpected custom charge.
When it arrived it was well-packed and ready to go. I've had zero issues.
I cannot recommend this business high enough.

If you want a high end PC for a more than reasonable price, CustomLux is the place to get it. I got a high pc for only 1450 and this thing is high functioning, has cool aesthetic and very pleasing to look at on my desktop. The best thing is I didn’t assemble a thing, I opened the box and got straight to playing on it. No hassle at all if you’re someone like me with no knowledge or experience with computers. For my first PC I know this was a great investment and is a machine that will last me forever.

He came directly to our location and suggested a simple but brilliant fix for our server fan by adding tape — a solution that finally resolved an issue we had been dealing with for months. Patrick delivered sooner than expected an amazing high-end computer to me. In the development I’m doing I ran more than 30 machine learning algorithms, including several neural networks, transformers, etc., in an ensemble plus a LLM with 70 billion hyperparameters that between them load 160 tensors using both GPUs that used to take about 20 minutes to run in my old PC tower. In this new computer took only 1 minute and 10 seconds! Amazing!

Any question I had was answered quickly and explained to where a non computer person could understand it. lol once delivered my son was able to contact him an he directed my son on how to install it!! I was skeptical buying from this site at first, but after talking with the owner about some of my favorite video games, I figured they could be trusted so I took the plunge and bought one of their dual 3090s custom workstation PC. Part of me was thinking, I would get scammed but the other part of me said, whatever. So I bought it and then after a smooth week or less, the PC was here at my house and I've had no issues with it.

Also there was some random guy on Reddit that said not to trust them for some reason, but I'm pretty sure at least one person has said this about every company out there. I will now, as a man of my word, recommend this company to all my friends who are in need of a professionally made custom PC.

From the start he was responsive and courteous. When a problem arose he answered offering suggestions and talked it out with me. The first problem it turns out had to do with an old driver that got installed by one of my apps. Then a hardware issue developed. He came, got the PC, replaced parts and delivered it again.
