I spend all that many for nothing .Awful company and product

I absolutely love my curtains, so do the people that have seen them. They, and the fabulous curtain poles and hold backs (in brushed silver), really transform the area. I will post pictures if I'm allowed on here. Good service, fabulous quality and delivery. Would order through them again.

Just received our Alloa Autumn curtains. 8.5 feet long with blackout lining. Excellent quality and very well made. Good service and value for money. We would definitely recommend Curtains2Go and will use them again for future purchases.

So I ordered the curtains having had a material sample. The material and quality seems fine, the length matches what was asked for, but the width Curtains 2 Go calculate from the customers measurement of the pole / window and is AWFUL and the curtains barely meet in the middle and I can only just get them to meet by forcing the eyelets across. They use minimum material to maximise profit.

They use the following equation (not published)
Ordered width ÷ Number of folds) × 1.5
Based on this formula, the completed width of each panel should be 86.2cm for a measured width of 115cm where no of folds is number of curtains it seems.

They have offered me 50% off another set but it’s not an acceptable fit - they don’t dispute my measurements just how big they should make each curtain and don’t care about customer satisfaction.

Despite a few delivery inaccuracies and tolerance contradictions our curtains arrived on time.
Please clarify your terms re tolerances as they contradict.
Our curtains are beautifully made and look wonderful.
I also received a 10%refund gesture for the inconvenience caused.

I’ve ordered blinds before in our old house and have been delighted but this time I tried the curtains. We hung them in our new bedroom today and sadly, I am really disappointed. The quality of work is not up to expectations. The pinch pleats look uneven and not deep enough for the volume of fabric. They have also been pressed incorrectly at the outside edge. Unfortunately, I’ll need to live with them as not possible to return made to measure items.

The only company to stock this material. The manufacture was reasonable but whatever you do don’t have thermal interlining, not that there was an option online. This is a thinnish layer of polyester wadding between the lining and the curtain fabric. It is folded over at the hem to finish. So you have folded lining and then two layers of wadding along the bottom of the curtain. It hasn’t a hope of hanging neatly, it’s a fishtail shape. I’ve tried tying it together to “train” it, weighting it with pegs but it just springs back when released. I’m waiting now for very expensive lead curtain weights to see if that helps. Otherwise I will have to make tie backs with a contrast fabric, because they don’t offer fabric by the metre. So severe reservations and I probably won’t use them again, despite the good prices.

Very pleased with my made to measure curtains. Very friendly customer service and very quick turnaround time too. I highly recommend this company for all of your curtains and blind requirements.

Ordered some curtains for my new flat that were showing an estimated dispatch of 7-10 working days. Appreciate sometimes there can be unforeseen delays...

However, I decided to check the order tracking and it tells me that they are waiting for new stock and should have contacted me about this (they didn't). The estimated date is now in... OVER 6 MONTHS.

Funnily enough the curtains are still showing as 7-10 working days if you try order them again.

Please learn from my mistakes. Just do yourself a favour and go with Dunelm / John Lewis.

UPDATE: They were able to refund me (after some prodding) so updating my rating. Most likely you’ll be fine but be wary of any estimated dispatch dates.

The delivery date of my order was changed without informing me. I specifically ordered from curtains2go because of the stated delivery date, so this is really disappointing to say the least. Customer service is slow, unapologetic and unhelpful

I have just received the beautifully made curtains that I ordered two weeks ago. They were well packaged, Looked amazing and so easy to hang. Thank you Curtains to Go - I shall be back!

Unfortunately very hard to deal with!!! I ordered some curtains and then realised I didn't need them so cancelled the next day. I called up to cancel and the guy who I spoke to said I could pay a scrap fee seeing as they had only been started the day before. However, it took them 48 hours to even action anything and after which time it was too late, they then took 48 hours every time I contacted them during which time we ran out of time for me to cancel or even partially cancel. Every time I told them I didn't need the Curtains they just sent me different information, some told me I would be refunded and some people told me I couldn't, and eventually, the curtains just turned up despite me having cancelled them numerous times. Would avoid customer service is a nightmare and they only care about profit clearly as they deliberately wasted time in this matter.

These curtains are not made to measure, they are two curtains stitched together (poorly) to make each curtain, this is this is not mentioned when making an online order! The curtains are longer than I ordered, the rail is shorter than I ordered, and the rail looks hideous! Curtains2Go advertise the rail as being ‘sophisticated and stylish, with their very own track included” they don’t mention the awful brackets that hold the track in place, or the fact that the rail comes in two pieces that is to be held in place with a metal bracket! They have even gone to the lengths of editing the image of the track on their website to hide the track brackets!
Avoid the free thermal backing, it is way too thick, its like a thick quilt that hangs behind the curtains, making it impossible to create a wave effect!

I urge anyone thinking of ordering eyelet curtains from this company to think again. I only wish I had read the reviews before I placed an order with them. I ordered two pairs of curtains for our guest bedroom and they are absolutely awful. They don't hang properly, they are poor quality and badly made. They have no fullness and look like two panels of fabric hanging at the windows. As we were expecting visitors for Christmas I had to go out and buy replacement ready made curtains. Which I have to say look lovely but now I'm several hundred pounds out of pocket. Needless to say Curtains 2go are not interested and will only offer an allowance on new curtains. Absolute shambles. Avoid at all costs.

Just fabulous quality!

Received my order just before Christmas, deivery and ordering went smoothly, also ordered free samples which was great.
Upon inspection and contact with customer service it appears that this company uses different production companies to manufacture curtains.
One set of my curtains are nice and luxurious, nice weight to them as I had expected, yet my more expensive larger curtians are lighter in weight and have a very thin and cheap lining. Both sets were ordered with thermal lining and both sets arrived with different linings one of high quality and the other of low quality.
I would not recommend or use this company again, I had a very poor response from customer services and had to chase over a period of 3 weeks to get an answer as to why the linings were different on my curtains.

I haven't received my curtains yet but am not holding out much hope. Having had previous reasonable experiences with allied company Blinds2Go I thought I would risk buying curtains. The website did not allow me to specify which side I wanted a single curtain to gather so I followed up my order with an immediate Email. No response (sent twice), no phone calls answered and worst of all - chat function kept closing down my enquiries. Eventual reply via email states curtains have been despatched and that if they are wrong to let them know!!!!!! Awful customer service. Am guessing not enough staff to cope with orders from all the TV and Social Media advertising they have been doing.

I ordered the Paleo Linen Smoky Blue made to measure curtains with thermal lining. I sent for samples before ordering to check which material. I am so pleased with the beautiful colour and quality of the curtains. I have ordered blinds from Blinds2go previously and would definitely order curtains again. Excellent service.

I’m delighted with my new blinds - they’re stylish and simple to install. Additionally, the customer support was exceptional; Mark provided outstanding assistance.

Was so disappointed with curtains ! I ordered a harlequin brand thinking that they would be quality material, not at all they look cheap, not only that not enough material to draw , I thought they worked the best amount for you. They look like I’ve brought them from B@M ! In fact they would have been better quality, very disappointed for a lot of money. Pay the extra and buy from a local curtain shop is my advice.
