Shipping takes too long
I like the shaft albeit, a little long. But it took almost a month to receive it after placing the order. Also, I would expect it to come with a protector cap for the amount it cost. A very little investment to make it a high quality service.

Dear Tim,
Thank you for your honest feedback and for taking the time to share your experience. We are glad to hear you are enjoying the shaft.
Regarding the shipping time, your order included a shaft with the Mini Qloc joint, which is a specialty configuration with very limited demand in the US market. As a result, this particular item is not stocked locally and ships directly from our manufacturing facility in Vietnam. We understand this results in a longer wait time, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We should have communicated this more clearly at the time of purchase, and we will work on improving transparency around estimated delivery times for items shipped internationally.
As for the protector cap, we appreciate the suggestion and have noted it as valuable feedback for our product team.
We hope you continue to enjoy the shaft, and we look forward to serving you better in the future.

I won't be using CUEBOTS again.

Dear Jason,
Thank you for your feedback. We are glad your order arrived on Saturday as expected.
As your shaft included a customization request, it was produced and shipped directly from our manufacturing facility in Vietnam, which carries a longer lead time than standard locally stocked items. While this timeframe was communicated at the time of purchase, we truly hear your frustration and take it seriously.
We are actively working on improving our production and shipping timelines to ensure a better experience for our customers in the future. Your feedback plays an important part in helping us get there.
We hope the shaft and glove are performing well for you, and we would love the opportunity to serve you again. Please feel free to reach out to us at cs@cuebots.com anytime.

Z Luc Carbon Fiber (Blue Burl)
I purchased the Z Fusion Carbon Fiber Pool Cue (Blue Burl Wrapless). It cost less than $400.00. It has the Z Luc Nitro shaft. It plays better, with less deflection than my more expensive cues. It's fantastic, you don't have to break the bank for the latest and best technology.

Hello Cristian,
Thanks for your feedback. We haven’t received any prior inquiry about this, but we’re happy to help. Our shaft collar is 21.5mm, so alignment may vary depending on your cue butt’s collar diameter.
Please reach out to our support team at cs@cuebots.com with photos so we can take a closer look and assist you further.
