**Disappointing Treatment of Professional Cuddlers**

I was a professional cuddler on Cuddle Comfort, and unfortunately, my experience ended in an extremely disappointing way.

I invested significant time and effort into building my profile, maintaining positive reviews, providing quality sessions, and creating a safe, respectful environment for my clients.

After a disagreement with a new user regarding scheduling and payment arrangements, I was reported for allegedly scamming him. Despite my positive history on the platform, my account was permanently closed without giving me a meaningful opportunity to explain my side of the situation or appeal the decision.

What makes this particularly frustrating is that many professionals have their own booking policies to protect themselves from cancellations, no-shows, and lost income. I was even willing to accommodate the client’s preferred payment method, but that apparently made no difference.

This platform was more than just a website to me. It was a source of additional income and a place where I genuinely enjoyed connecting with people and providing emotional comfort.

I understand the importance of protecting users, but professionals deserve protection and fair treatment too. A single accusation should not automatically outweigh someone’s established reputation and positive client feedback.

I hope Cuddle Comfort seriously reconsiders how it handles complaints, account closures, and appeals. Professionals invest their time, energy, and trust in this platform, and they deserve transparency, consistency, and the opportunity to be heard.

At first I was nervous but when I went I felt safe I was in good hands with a good person he was a respectful gentlemen and respected all boundaries

I joined Cuddle Comfort believing it was a therapeutic, compassionate platform intended to foster human connection and support mental wellness. What I experienced instead was unprovoked ageist hostility from a provider, followed by an administration that actively protects bad behavior and permanently bans clients for refusing to be abused.

After sending standard session requests to a couple of local providers, I missed a small line in one provider's bio requiring an advance photo and screening. Rather than simply explaining her policy or declining politely, this "professional" responded with immediate condescension and blatant age-shaming, stating that someone my age "should know how to read."

I did not argue, escalate, or engage in a back-and-forth. I simply responded with a single word—"Whatever"—and walked away, even deactivating my profile to prevent further unwanted interaction.

Instead of letting it go, this provider posted an unprovoked, retaliatory review calling me immature, then ran to site administration. Astoundingly, Cuddle Comfort’s moderation team permanently terminated my account, specifically quoting my single word "whatever" as the justification.

To make matters worse, when attempting to rejoin with a clean slate, the same provider apparently flagged my general location, and the site instantly banned the new profile without a shred of due process.

As an older adult and retired service member living with PTSD and anxiety, finding a service that markets itself as a safe, comforting space only to encounter hostile, gatekeeping providers and a ruthlessly biased admin team is appalling. If a platform is willing to permanently cancel paying clients over the word "whatever" while ignoring blatant ageism and harassment from its listed professionals, it is the exact opposite of a safe or supportive environment.

Save your time, dignity, and peace of mind. Look elsewhere.

I think the best part of Cuddle Comfort is the way they look out for everyone. There's rules/guidelines set in place and they stand by them. There's so many companies nowadays that don't adhere to there own set of standards which leaves far too much room for ethical practices. Cuddle Comfort is doing it right! They're completely transparent, they make sure everyone is fully informed and everyone has the correct expectations. Those who fall short get removed. Knowing they are going to great lengths for everyone involved makes it easier and more comfortable to step away from our screens and interact in person. Genius really!

There's huge favouritism towards some members spreading negativity on the forums, if you call them out you get banned.
When banned they don't send you the evidence for the ban and they don't reply to your appeal. Bunch of amateurs.

They ban girls for every little thing and over false reports and they don't review your case so it's no chance to unban.. No warning nothing.. The site is full of people who wants sex and not cuddling. You build karmas, good reputation and work hard and do nothing to break the rules but they still ban you if you get falsely accused or reported they don't review your case, they don't reply your emails.. You can be the most popular girl there with all the good karmas and it will just all vanish in 1 second over a false report. No customer service no help, no care about your case..and you have to deal with a lot of scatchy clients who want more than cuddling and not safe to cuddle with.Also many clients there asking girls for free virtual sessions and free cuddling and they don't get banned for expecting free services.. Sad really

This company is really helping me grow my clientele and learn about all new types of people.

What has made my experiences great at cuddle Comfort are the platonic pro cuddlers. Each one has a firm grasp of
consent, connection, and boundaries.

Also, having a text or phone conversation before the cuddle session helps break the ice and for each to get to know the other.

Additionally, each pro cuddler has a bio which allows you to get to know more about them and spells out the rules of platonic cuddling… up to an including pricing and payment (thanks for the discount for a multi hour session).

Finally, getting my need for platonic
physical touch satisfied in a healthy environment means the world to me. Cuddle Comfort provides an excellent solution.

This stupid company closed my account in the middle of a discussion claiming I was there for nonplatonic intentions when that is bull. I sent up my appeal showing evidemce that it was never the case and my account is still closed.

Overall I have really loved making connections through this site. It is a simple platform and has clear rules that keep users accountable and mostly safe. The messaging format could be updated and more easy to use so there are less requests/need for exchanging phone numbers. Also it is strange to be approached for conversation by people not actually intending to cuddle, not super sure what the motivation/benefit is there. I would and do recommend this site to friends and acquaintances who are looking for comfort and to those who would make good professional cuddlers.

Ive been given more opportunities to travel and meet new people more than anytime in my life and through the safety of the site (as well as some of my own dudilligence) Ive been comfortable doing so.
Its blessed my Iife in every aspect and the most important part is I am in control of my time.

Overall a great connection platform. I've had all good experiences with the users and the site is very on top of banning users who aren't following the rules.

So many people experience loneliness and isolation for so many different reasons. Having a platform that allows people to find like minded individuals and create meaningful, safe connections is, in my opinion, incredibly important.

I genuinely believe there is such a positive need for what Cuddle Comfort provides, and I couldn’t recommend the platform highly enough.

I’m so grateful for the people I’ve met, the connections I’ve made and everything this experience has taught me.

I truly enjoy this experience with cuddle comfort. They’ve created a safe platform to cuddle and I’ve love every experience. I love having platonic cuddle buddies and embracing the cuddle community.

Honestly, it's a waste of time. I am an attractive woman, as the men in my DMs themselves told me. if you want to receive compliments go ahead. I couldn't meet with a single person! Also I would get contacted by guys 20-30 years older than me to cuddle, total Ick, while others would contact from out of state without true intentions to come visit, or only visiting once a year months later. the men are extremely average looking, to say it politely. Average being generous way of putting it. Many convos would also result in zero meeting plans, just shooting the breeze. TOTAL waste of time. Also I worry that people can download my photos and in this age of Ai they could steal my face if they knew how.
there should be right click disabled and screenshot disabled. Some people on the site are weird, living with their mom in their 30s. Some guy was asking me to drive two hours between 9am - 6 pm weekdays while his mom was at work LOL. Overall the men were kind on paper/banter but there were zero encounters.

I jointed Cuddle Comfort for just the cuddle interaction, nothing more. I have been very professional yet here I am just getting banned. Desiderta22 is my profile name. There is zero evidence provided to me. None. If you're going to ban people, give them an example of what they did. The ONLY thing I can think of is I asked for some cuddler's phone number. Couple reasons which is FAIR! First I am spending anywhere from $120 to $200 to meet up. That's A LOT of money. To just look at a picture, when this is about intimacy, to make decision isn't right. To speak to someone by phone first is IMPORTANT. Also I am inviting this person to my HOME! To my bedroom. I want to trust them. It's safety thing!

Cuddle Comfort isn't fair. And any business that does this, eventually won't be in business. I hope they reconsider my ban. I tried to reach out. Who knows. If they would just send me a message telling me exactly how I should interact with cuddlers, I'd follow it. It's crazy. Very disappointed!

Cuddle comfort is a great way to help people connect and cuddle. They offer help to report disrespect and abuse and do not tolerate it at any level. My experience as a cuddler had been nothing short of amazing. I highly recommend it for anyone.
