We have just returned from our Cruise including hotels stays stays that was very meticulously organised by Cruise1st and we had a fabulous time and we are pleased with everything.
However we have the greatest gratitude to Cruise1st for stepping up to the challenge of a much unprecedented situation of a war breaking out in the Middle East and after all our flights home were cancelled by the airline last minute Cruise 1st did not delay sorting out alternative flights to get us home safely and efficiently. We could not have asked more from our cruise operator especially as lots of our travel companions who had an almost identical itinerary but booked through other well known cruise specialists were left to sort out their own travel arrangements home and/or additional accommodation and at their own cost and often being completely ignored by their operators and many are still at the original destination so far from home feeling afraid and alone with no help. We are so pleased to have picked Cruise1st and will always be grateful to them for standing by us and getting us home. June & Dave

This is the third time we have booked a cruise through Cruise1st and we have always been impressed with their service. Freddie is proactive in helping us choose the best hotel to stay in before the cruise and always replies to queries promptly. I noticed on your TV channel on sky an Australian and New Zealand cruise. I then called your number and this was the first time I spoke to Farah Karim. Well from this first conversation she was extremely helpful with my enquiry. Over the period of booking and my consent enquiries for information she was absolutely fantastic all ways called me back and even on her days off she would contact me with information. From booking for a total of 11 adults and even an added Hong Kong stay before our cruise and my hotel changes in Australia and New Zealand , what a credit to your company. She went above and beyond for her job , she even emailed whilst I was away, making sure we had no problems and having a great time, who does this sort of service nowadays . Farah was also sorting out again 11 adults again for a Japan cruise before we went away, and we wanted to see how all the people got on together before booking. On my return I asked her to re visit the booking enquiry she started before we went away with, the attention of booking the trip as everyone got on so well. But to our shock the cruise for sept 2027 had gone up £2000 per adult , shock horror. I then look about and found the same cruise cheaper with another cruise agency , and this showed again how good Farah was, she was going on holiday herself to Portugal , even so she stilled made contact to your office and her manager to try and get the same offer. But tv cruise 1st was unable to be completive this time , and with regret I am unable to use Farah again for this cruise , which I really hope I get the same customer care she gave us. She is a gem in your company . Thanks Farah , we will speak again one day . Neil

I am currently stranded in Bali due to the ongoing situation in Dubai. My flight was due to leave in 2 hours but has been cancelled. I have had NO communication from the company. There is no emergency number on their website so can only call between 9 & 8 Monday to Saturday (this happened on a Sunday) there is no info on their website. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. ABTA will be getting a strongly worded email on my return!

Booked a bespoke trip and very happy with the results, price and service

James was absolutely fantastic for Cruise first. Can’t fault him in anyway there wasn’t a question that he could not answer. He was very thorough and I would be happy to book every Cruise through him.

The booking was carried out by Cruise 1st rep Stephanie Hunter who’s knowledge & excellence was second to none, she booked exactly what we wanted.

Again, a stress-free experience with Cruise 1st.
Everything was very easy to book.
We were kept up to date with arrangements.
All transfers etc were included.
We did have a problem once overseas and this was dealt with quickly by Cruise 1st.

Great booking experience. Highly recommended asking for Freddie if you're booking, great advice and customer service. Was in two minds to book, but after speaking to Freddie booked there and then.
