Crown Pavilions Anmeldelser

I am delighted with my new Garden room and the service I got from Crown Pavilion from the sales team, customer service team and the lovely people who did the build was excellent.

Job well done. Started on time and worked consistently to deliver a quality product. We are very pleased with the finished product.

We are so pleased with our Windsor Gazebo. The service we have received has been incredible throughout from our initial contact with the sales staff and help in choosing what suited our needs best, to the after sales help and advice prior to installation. The two gentleman who installed our gazebo were friendly, professional and very hard working and our end product looks amazing. The quality of the gazebo is fantastic and we know we'll be sharing many happy memories with friends and family in it.

The service was easy from start to finish, the two fitters installed and erected 4 pods in my pub garden in the heavy wind and rain over two days.
No complaints from them or me. Well done crown pavilions will definitely use you again.
You will be able to see on our web page from March 22. The Horseshoe Inn Offord D'Arcy
Thank you

Very well organised experience producing a gazebo that is a delight to have .

Lovely pavilion, well installed by very pleasant guys.
Looking forward to many great times eating and drinking.

An excellent, very efficient company to deal with from initial purchase via Julia, administration by Grace through to installation by Andreas & his colleague. The pavilion is of the highest quality & more than meets our expectations. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Crown Pavilions. Thank you.

Very pleased with the quality of our Windsor pavilion and the service we received from the time we ordered until delivery and construction.

Buying our Crown Pavilion was a great experience from the first meeting to select our configuration to installation in our garden. Everything went smoothly and we love our pavilion.

A really lovely garden room to use all year. Well made and finished. Customer service and care throughout was first class.

What an excellent company to deal with. From Julia based at Longacres to Grace in Customer service and finally the installers. You cannot fault this company, an absolute joy to deal with.

Excellent company from start to finish. Great communication, customer service, installation team were brilliant and a quality product. Very pleased and would highly recommend.

Friendly, communicative, flexible and did what we agreed all the way through through to installation. Now we get to enjoy even more outside social space, time and memories. Well done team!

Quite a long lead time, but the delivery date I was given when ordering, was the exact day it arrived. Great response and service from the office and the installation team were great.

We waited a long time for this to be delivered (although we were given the timescale when we ordered it) and it was worth the wait. The customer service team have been very helpful and friendly and the fitters were incredibly efficient at fitting it and cleared up beautifully. We are delighted with our Crown Pavilion.

Gazebo looks amazing.

The team who put it all together were absolutely fantastic.

An absolute first class customer experience from initial enquiry through to installation. The quality of the product is second to none and whilst we initially wanted some use during the summer months, we made the right decision to accept the October date simply to get what we really wanted, The delay from point of order to installation only speaks volumes of the product quality that so many others want to own one !!
Any enquiries to the Customer Service team whilst awaiting our Pavilion where answered clearly and quickly and the security aspects of your systems allowed payments to be processed securely and documents signed in a timely manner.
We cannot speak highly enough of your installation team. Whilst working flat out over recent months, they carried out their work professionally, on time and apart from constructing a beautiful Pavilion you would never have known they were there. Our garden was left exactly as they found it.
Thank you Crown Pavilions. You are a very Customer Focused Company who supply, deliver and build such beautiful works of art.
We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending your services.

Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. Customer service was spot on in confirming an installation date, the team that installed the unit was very efficient and professional and the overall quality of the pavilion was superb! Cannot fault it at all. Would highly recommend Crown over any other company.
