Breeze House Anmeldelser

We found communication excellent with the office staff, and the team that erected our Oval Savannah were polite and efficient. Despite the rain they erected the building in a morning. Very pleased with the end result.

I would like to thank the Buckingham Garden Centre team, David & Sara, where we purchased our Breeze House, Amber in the head office for making the purchase of our Breeze House very easy. The installation was carried out by Sam & Aaron who were very polite & professional and left the garden clean and tidy. Excellent service could not fault them at all.

Our Circular Breeze House installed in September and we are absolutely delighted with quality of the product.
From point of sale at the Southport flower show, the level of service from the team was exceptional, so professional, with constant communication from Amber & Georgie arranging the installation.
The construction was completed quickly by Callum within 3 hours, once again, so knowledgable and helpful.
I wouldn't hesitate in recommending their services to friends & family.

I have had a Breeze house for a few years now and it still looks fantastic. I decided to replace the roof. From ordering, booking and installation, the service was impeccable. I was kept informed at regular intervals. Jason and his colleague came, removed and cleared old roof in minutes and new roof up in 1/2 hour. Their work is fantastic and building looks like new. Left my property as they found it, no is a lie, it looks better. I would highly recommend this company as they have a great product, great customer service and aftercare. It is more costly but so worth it.

We had our Garden Nook/ Reading Room installed last Friday. It is absolutely perfect for our needs. The quality of the building and each component is excellent. The installers were very prompt, friendly and efficient.

Absolutely thrilled with our Breeze House! Every stage of the journey was brilliant, from the wonderful sales support at Millets Garden Centre to the polite and efficient delivery and installation crew. The quality and craftsmanship of the building are incredible. Helpful, professional, and accommodating throughout. 10/10

What an amazing product, with exceptional staff from start to finish. We were breezing by the Cheltenham garden centre, and saw them from the road. We had no intention of buying one, but popped in for a looksee. What gorgeous buildings! Fantastic design, sturdy, stylish and beautifully appointed. We were in. Cathy was so helpful and easy to chat to. We returned a few days later, made the decision and got very excited, Amber has also been so professional and Aaron and Calum did a brilliant job constructing the Breeze House and giving us so much more information with friendly focus on the job in hand. It was christened last night with 4 friends and huge G and Ts, now we’re sitting in it, lunchtime the next day and it’s chucking down. We’ve had our breakfast here, warm and bright, our morning coffee, overcast and friends are coming over tonight for a 3 course with wine. Family and more friends over the weekend and as my son in law quipped after the umpteenth photo, ‘are you actually sleeping there too?’ We’re thinking about it…

I could not fault the service and product from Breeze House from initial discussions with a garden centre based sales person who was knowledgeable non pushy through to delivery and erection by a crew that had set off a 4.00am delivered on site exactly on time, courteous, grateful for refreshments and quick. The product is excellent, no issues and immediate sales aftercare follow up to check all ok. Don't usually recommend anyone but here I'd make an exception.

had a re roof from thatch to cedar shingles.
very pleased with result .workmen on time polite and tidy

Fantastic experience with the team. They truly understand customer service and are obsessive about ensuring your Breeze house is what you expected it to be.

Roof conversion, to replace the thatch to slate.
The roof was replaced quickly and all the old roof disposed of and the area left clean and tidy.

The whole process from visiting the site at the Badminton flower show, to placing the order, visiting the factory where the product is made through to installation was a totally stress free and a pleasure dealing with all the staff involved

Breeze House provided an excellent, efficient service from start to finish. The team was professional, courteous, and completed the work to a very high standard. Everything was carried out smoothly and with great attention to detail. I would highly recommend Breeze House to anyone looking for a reliable and professional service.

Following the installation of our Savannah Breeze House, we ordered a glass top for our table. The guys who delivered rang when they were about 10 mins away, both were very friendly, polite and professional - the glass top was unwrapped and placed in place on top of the table - it looks fabulous. Thanks again Breeze House and team for fabulous staff and service.

A flawless service from beginning to end; starting with the friendly, helpful team at my local garden centre, viewing and discussing the different options available, ensuring that I could choose the right product that would make the most of the space in my garden.
The efficient, professional and friendly service continued when booking the delivery at a time that suited me (Amber)and the team that delivered (Sam & Jason). I am now looking forward to enjoying my Breeze House which looks amazing, thanks again.

We purchased our Savanah Breeze House at the RHS Sandringham flower show from Kathy, who was very helpful and not at all pushy.
We had previously owned an Oasis, and have been very satisfied and are currently overhauling it.
The staff in all the Breeze House department's have been a pleasure to deal with, nothing is too much trouble.

From our first chat with Sara Jarvis at Buckingham Garden Centre, every step of this purchase and build has been easy. Sara is so well informed about every aspect of the Breeze House collection and helped steer us through the various options with no pressure.
Our Savannah was expertly installed by Arran and Sam who couldn’t have been nicer, as well as extremely capable and professional. It was also installed within three weeks of ordering which was an unexpected bonus. The house is perfect, very high quality which we are looking forward to making great use of in the years to come. We even received a call from Amber the day after installation to confirm everything was in order.

We are happy to say we recommend Breeze House, both for the product and the customer service. Thanks very much.

The Savannah gazebo is an excellent product and the back office and installation staff were accomodating, friendly, and professional.

My Breeze House which I purchased last Autumn has proved to be a wonderful addition to my garden. The recent addition of side panels and a glass door has surpassed my expectations and given me a building I can fully enjoy year-round. All aspects of organising the changes went smoothly from the helpful advice given by the office staff to the courteous and efficient installation team. It looks great and it works!

Excellent service. The staff were very professional, punctual and did a very efficient installation. Roof replacement was done in less than 2.5 hours… great work.
