I ordered a pair of boots that are a bit too tight, and i asked for a return the same day they arrived.
They take a lot of time on replying to reply any mailsand the return request. But they finally did it.

Very efficient—when it comes to solving problems, they are excellent.

Absolutely horrible customer service. I purchased shoes through them. I got them and they were too small. Seems like a simple return right? Wrong. Despite me literally having the box sitting right next to me, according to the returns portal I cannot initiate a return because in their system the order hasn’t come up as delivered. I’ve tried 4 times now to contact this company including reaching out via social media, no answer. Checked my spam page to see if maybe I missed an email? Nothing On their website it says that after 15 days I can’t return them, that deadline is approaching faster and faster and it looks like I’ll be stuck with these shoes. How is it that it’s easy to buy the shoes but when it comes to returning it suddenly there’s no answers or service, please be weary buying from this company

Der Kundendienst ist absolut unerreichbar. Auf E-Mail Anfragen wird gar nicht reagiert. Andere Kontakt-Möglichkeiten gibt es nicht. Die Preise der Schuhe sind enorm und die Qualität dafür umso tiefer. Garantiefall kann man hier knicken.

Shoes came fast and the material is not cheap. So happy I decided to go with these instead of another brand. Definitely will purchase another pair. I’m so excited !!!

Qualità percepita delle scarpe molto alta, sono rimasto ben impressionato...
suggerisco solo inserire nella descrizione del sito anche la consegna stimata, onde evitare insoddisfazione relativa ai tempi di consegna, il mio modello era da produrre e per questo i tempi si sono allungati

Cristianzerotre needs a real system for customer service. My sneakers arrived and the zipper is broken. All I want is resolve and I have yet to receive a reply; 3 weeks have passed.

Leider war meine Erfahrung mit Cristian Zerotre sehr enttäuschend.

Bereits der Versand hat über zwei Wochen gedauert, bis das Paket überhaupt bei mir ankam. In dieser Zeit war praktisch niemand erreichbar – auf E-Mails wurde entweder sehr spät oder gar nicht reagiert. Der Kundenservice ist extrem schwer zugänglich.

Noch mühsamer wurde es bei der Rücksendung: Ich musste mehrere E-Mails schreiben, bis ich überhaupt ein Retourenetikett erhalten habe. Als ich das Paket zur Post brachte, konnte das Etikett nicht eingescannt werden. Mir wurde gesagt, dass die Rücksendung nur über DHL Express möglich sei – zu einem Preis von 114 CHF. Das ist völlig unverhältnismässig für eine normale Retoure!

Kommunikation mit diesem Kundenservice? Es gibt keine.
Nachdem ich 3 x Emails geschickt hatte (an verschiedene Email-Adressen), da meine Lieferung unvollständig war, habe ich bis heute keine Reaktion erhalten. Nichts. Nach dem Motto: Ware erhalten, wenn auch nur zum Teil, egal + wir sind raus!

Ich hätte gerne weiter in diesem Shop bestellt, das werde ich nun lassen. Schade!

update 20.02.26: aus 2 Sternen werden jetzt 5. Sehr schnelle Reaktion des Kundenservice, letztendlich ist alles top gelaufen. Bin begeistert über die Bemühungen, danke CR03.

I made a purchase beginning of the year (I have purchased from them before ) and the sizing was off so I returned the items. The tracking says it’s sitting at their warehouse pending review and it has been over 3 weeks. I’ve attempted to contact them multiple times via their website and have even attempted to get a response on their various social media accounts to no avail. I feel like I’m going crazy because they just refuse to respond. In the past I have made returns and there was no issue but this time it has been a nightmare. I really like their products as they are high quality but the customer service side of things is extremely inconsistent. At this point I don’t know what else I can do.

These shoes said they would come within a week but they came in 3 dayss! They’re so pretty in person too & true to size & fits comfortably.

I ordered a size I thought would fit them got to thinking and changed my mind. I emailed them and they granted my request to change the size before the pants shipped. Not my first order, but very impressed with the quick shipping and arrival of the order. I had an issue regarding 3rd party fees anr I emailed them and they assisted me in a professional manner and I will continue to do business with Cristianzerotre.

Excellent quality shoes and fantastic customer service.. I had so many question for the help center, and they responded promptly and professionally. Andrew is one of the best person i could ever communicate with..always available to help you, has patience and full understanding for the needs of their customers.I’m obsessed with my choices :) classic ⭐️boots !! The material is durable, and the fit is true to size on these boots! I order the Starboots in light brown colour and also the pink leopard pants 💗 brings me back to the 2000 days !! I’m really glad cause I found a brand that perfectly matches my tastes. Highly recommended! Absolutely love this brand!! Thank u CZ!!

I had received the wrong color pants that I ordered and they offered to send the right pair, right away, and allowed me to keep the other pair as a gift for the mistake! Will continue to order from them and tell everybody I know! Great, upstanding company!

Absolute TRASH! They sent me a used worn down boot that you can tell someone broken and returned and the quality of the boots is terrible. Nowhere near worth $170, it’s more like a Temu quality made boot. If I can give zero stars, I would.
Also for return, there is nowhere on their website allowing me to return.
When hitting “To request the return of the order, click HERE and follow the return instruction's” on website it keeps taking you back to order page. I sent them an email requesting to complete a return and of course they are going to make me pay the $19 return out of my refund if they even allow me to return it, the whole website/business seems sketchy I should have known better. I suggest never buying anything from them!

Ordered Jan 10th-Received trash used Boots on Jan 28th.

I ordered the animal print boots in a size that was too large. They emailed me the return label and process. I did have to send a couple of follow up emails to receive my refund, but the process was rather simple. I did get refunded and will be reordering a smaller size

Après avoir passer commande sur un site qui pourtant propose des beaux produits et surtout des délais de livraison rapide cela fait maintenant un bon moment que je reste sans nouvelle de ma commande.
Suite à de nombreuses tentatives pour prendre contact avec eux par mail et sur les réseaux sociaux pour qu’on me sorte une excuse à chaque réponse sans me donner ce que j’attends réellement (c’est à dire des nouvelles de ma commande) jusqu’à qu’on ne me réponde plus du tout.
Sans compter les autres avis négatif et les commentaires des gens qui se plaignent sous certains post sur les réseaux c’est inadmissible !!
Alors passez votre chemin si vous ne voulez pas a avoir à entreprendre des démarches contre cette entreprise de voleurs !!

Ive been literally waiting over a month for a response and i never got 1 regarding my order that said delivered i paid for it i have not got an response back yet or a refund this is sick like what kind of company is this its ridiculous
