Brilliant company. First time order I accidentally ordered it to collect in store instead of shipping. Managed to get it delivered no hassle after getting in contact with them and was even able to use some of my in store credits to put toward it. Will defo be back.

As always C&H delivered. Great service, delivery, price and quality. My go to cricket store.

Exactly what it says on the tin. Excellent service arrived before the date they quoted and the product, a grip for my croquet mallet, recommended by my son who plays hockey, exactly as advertised.

Not happy with their customer service for hockey equipment. Ordered a pair of hockey shoes and received them in good time. Within a few uses the sole broke so I got in touch with them to report it as a faulty product.
During the return I made it clear that I needed a replacement immediately as I had an important hockey match coming up. I even checked their website to see if they had a replacement in stock and let them know that even half a size down would be fine too if needed. All I got was a brief email back instructing me to fill out and print a return form and generate a return code. I did so and returned the package at my local post office. 5 days later (3 considering the weekend) I got an automated email informing me that I had been refunded - not what I asked for and not showing any concern for my situation. Left me to reorder it manually, and ultimately couldn’t participate in the match. In cases like these I would expect the company to make things right by sending a replacement immediately with fast delivery.
The icing on the cake was that I then received another automated email informing me that all the reward points I had received on that order had been removed, despite this issue being their fault - I probably wouldn’t have used them anyway but it sets the tone of a tight company.
Won’t be buying with again as customer experience is important to me and on this occasion they’ve failed.

Great customer service with real people and very responsive. Problem with order was resolved quickly and efficiently. Would definitely buy from this company again.

Website easy to use - plenty of stock and sizes available and very quick delivery. Would definitely buy again from Cricket-Hockey.

Recently found Cricket-Hockey’s website, found it incredibly easy to use, great product range, easy to filter and great value. Placed 2 orders in less than 2 weeks - delivery timelines excellent. Would highly recommend

Really helpful team. Never felt like I was being sold and careful around pricing.

Excellent.

Fantastic service from staff who were polite, on-hand to help and very friendly. Excellent selection of equipment. So refreshing to by shoes and know in advance if they actually have the correct size in stock.

Atrocious packaging upon receipt. Box was found battered, mis-shaped and wrapped with brown tape to keep things together after opening black package.
Embarrassed handing it to my son on his birthday.
Will never purchase anything from them again.

We were in the shop for an hour getting my daughter the correct hockey gear! Thank you so much to the person who helped us - such patience with a picky teenage customer!!

Always a great service and quality products

Todo excelente llego muy rapido a la argentina es mi segunda compra t realmente todo perfecto…gracias

Lovely experience today trying to buy hockey equipment for my son and daughter. Leanne was fantastic at listening to these, trying out different equipment with the children, and really happy with the result.

I visited the store in person to purchase hockey kit for myself. I was served by Leanne who was friendy, welcoming and not pushy with sales, instead discussed my needs and went above and beyond sourcing what I needed from their extensive range. I will certainly be visiting again as I am very pleased with my purchases (hockey: stick/astros/shin liners/glove) , thank you for your help😊

Excellent service - quick and accurate. Good prices compared to other sites.

Great shop, have purchased various hockey items over the years.
Had a recent issue with some Adidas hockey shoes. Their service was great and they were very quick to respond and issue a refund.

Amazing help in store buying essential youth protective keeper kit. Kind, professional, knowledgeable and honest. Delighted with range and keeper came away happy. Thank you.

Ostokokemus Ja toimitus toimi luvatusti eli hoitivat kaikki tullaus yms asiat kuten web sivulla ilmoittavat. Maksoin, ja paketit ilmestyvät logistiikkakumppanin toimesta noutopisteeseen. Ja logistiikkakumppanin sai valita useasta vaihtoehdosta.

Went to the shop, very friendly. Wanted a new pair of hockey shoes, great selection at the price I wanted to pay. Came away very happy
