Best online cricket store in the world! Fast service, quality products, huge discounts, everything you need as a customer. Highly satisfied!

I’ve received exceptional service from Cricket Hockey. The orders are speedy and well packaged. I recently had an issue with a faulty item and they responded quickly, efficiently and were proactive in resolving the issue. I would highly recommend buying for cricket hockey with reassurance of great customer service. Thank you :)

Teenage granddaughter wanted a good hockey stick & we were able to find with ease on your website- though such a choice! Fast delivery & quality stick. Will be back when the boys need cricket accessories.

I’ve used this company for years to buy cricket kit for my two sons and have always found them to be reliable with good customer service. However I tried to order an Aero arm protector recently - tried to pay through Apple Pay - but it said there was an error so I ordered again through PayPal which did go through. Few days later I was surprised to receive two arm protector and discovered that both transactions had indeed gone through. Looking back I’ve never - even in the past - received an order confirmation from cricket-hockey themselves only ever through PayPal. And their order history page on the website is clunky by today’s standards. I’ve tried to contact them on WhatsApp and by email - sent two messages on each platform waiting patiently for over a week before sending follow up messages but have had no response! Nothing in my junk messages either. Just requesting a ‘free’ return label to return the extra arm protector which was ordered through an error on their payment platform, but I’ve had no response since ordering on 31 Oct. Be warned that their customer service seems to be unreliable ATM and their order confirmations are non-existent! Disappointing for a company who offer great prices for the kit they sell

Great pricing and service was brilliant - great communication from the point of order and delivery was really quick.

Cricket-hockey is an excellent company. So helpful and friendly when you visit their shop, and quick, good value, and trustworthy when using their website. I don’t go anywhere else for my hockey equipment and always buy more than I planned to. Not because they’re pushy at all but because it’s so great to have somewhere you can actually go and try things out, I appreciate it very much.

Els customer service was exceptional he went above and beyond in assisting me in buying Adidas shin guards, TK socks, TK stick tape and Adidas Fabela Astros. I have not played hockey for a number of years so needed a lot of assistance in buying these products since I did not know what size I would be. His hockey knowledge was excellent and he really helped me out in easily locating each product. Thanks again for all your help, much appreciated.

I have visited Cricket-Hockey a number of times previously and found Els was also very friendly and approachable. I have always found Cricket-Hockey to be excellent in the products they stock.

brilliant service! I bought a cricket bag online yesterday and it arrived the next day. I would use them again if I need anything.

Leanne was very helpful, knowledgeable and chatty. Great to get the hockey things we needed and to be served with a smile! Excellent selection in all our sizes and everything we needed. Thank you!

Leanne was brilliant. Visited today and she gave brilliant advice to my daughters. Knowledgeable, happy and clearly enjoys her work. Helpful too when you are dealing with a hockey great! Thanks as usual guys!

My recent visit was refreshing. I received informed and engaging customer service with a nothing is too much trouble attitude. This will be my destination of choice for all my future hockey equipment. Thanks to Leanne for you advice and guidance.

Quick and efficient delivery.
Great products.
Will definitely order again.

The website promises delivery within 2–3 days, for which a significant fee is charged.
However, three weeks have now passed and we still haven’t received the order.
Despite this, customer service kept us waiting with repeated promises that the birthday gift would be delivered any moment.
In the end, we cancelled the order.
We are very disappointed.

Great service and prices - my go to store for my hockey gear!

Brilliant company. First time order I accidentally ordered it to collect in store instead of shipping. Managed to get it delivered no hassle after getting in contact with them and was even able to use some of my in store credits to put toward it. Will defo be back.

As always C&H delivered. Great service, delivery, price and quality. My go to cricket store.

Exactly what it says on the tin. Excellent service arrived before the date they quoted and the product, a grip for my croquet mallet, recommended by my son who plays hockey, exactly as advertised.
