Excellent choice and service.
Great selection of splash back options and really helpful staff at the main office itself in Watford.
We were undecided at our first visit but the team was happy to allow us some decision time, getting back in touch a month later to let us know about their sale. We re-visited our shortlist, scrapped it and went in a completely different colour and sparkle direction, which the team was happy to assist with and even allowed us to take the only sample they had of the colour and sparkle density we wanted.
The measurers were quick and efficient (literally in and out) and the installation team was quick and efficient, concluding the installation of the splash back within 2 hours.
This is the second time we've used CreoGlass and we'd recommend their services to anyone looking for splash backs.

Great customer service, the quality and finish of my kitchen looks amazing, the non scratch worktop really doesn’t scratch even when my son decided to chop the veg directly on it, I freaked out but when I looked at the surface there were no scratches. Amazing !!

What can I say, from the moment we entered the showroom right through until installation we received tremendous customer service and care from all staff members. We have had horrible experiences in the past with previous jobs in the house with different companies but I am so thankful to CreoGlass for how smooth and easy they made this! And my kitchen looks absolutely brilliant, always a hot topic when guests come round. I highly recommend!!

Dreadful service. Visited showroom twice. Gave measurements for upstands. Was asked to confirm measurements which I did then paid over £600. Four weeks later I phoned to ask if my order was ready. Was told my project manager wasn’t there but I said I only wanted to know if it was ready. I was told they were still waiting for written confirmation of the measurements. I assured the member of staff the measurements were fine and I had already paid so to go ahead with the order. She advised it would take about two weeks. Four weeks later having heard nothing I phoned again and left a message on an answering machine. No one called back so I phoned again to be told no order was ready as I hadn’t confirmed the measurements. At this point I asked for my money to be refunded. I’m still waiting

I had a new kitchen installed this year, and we initially were going to go with a simple solid colour splash back, until I realised you could get custom printed ones.
Well one thing lead to another and we decided we would fully surround our kitchen with a custom printed design and I spent a couple of weeks researching all the companies out there offering the service, and one stood out above all the others, CreoGlass.
I was obviously drawn in by their professional image, and their prompt communications and decided we would take the plunge. Now we knew it wasn't going to be cheap, but it was really going to make a difference to our kitchen design.
Within a couple of weeks they came out to measure our kitchen (while it was still being built, but had all the units and worktops in place), this only took an hour but the fact that two people came out and both took a set of measurements so they had a double check of every single sizing gave me huge confidence (unlike our worktop fitters....!).
Then came the very length process of working on the design. I wanted something very....very bespoke, sci-fi themed and using many different design elements to create a holographic feel with sparkles to reflect light in the glass.
This process took several months, I wasn't in a rush but wanted to make sure everything was perfect, and their designer was exceptionally patient with me and did a wonderful job on making suggestions, creating mock-ups so I could create my own visualisations to ensure we had the look and feel right with the rest of the room.
This process took so long because of me, not because of CreoGlass, I was always tweaking, adding, changing to get everything right. Finally we had it installed, and I have to say it was stunning. The fit was perfect, the socket holes were all exact, no mess left and the whole resulting design was absolutely as I had envisaged it.
I can't praise the work CreoGlass have done enough, you get what you pay for, and I paid for the best!
