CreoGlass Design Anmeldelser

We had a great experience with Creo glass
Plenty of conversations going back and forth, with different quotes and different sizes of glass island worktops and glitter splash backs
We even took a visit to Watford.
We knew we wanted pink and what they provided us was perfect even down to matching sockets.

I was extremely pleased with the service that I received from Creoglass from the first call out to the finished product. My splash back looks amazing.

We had a great experience with CreoGlass, project managed by Nicole. We chose the premium copper sparkle between our kitchen units and it looks stunning!
The measurement and fitting teams were excellent and worked efficiently to give us a show stopping finish to our kitchen.

Following a visit to Creoglass and a discussion with Gemma we had a follow up survey which was completed very professionally. The installation happened 4wks later, as advised by Gemma.
All in all a great experience, my kitchen looks complete with a dark grey mirrored splash back, it really compliments my new stylish kitchen.

Very happy experience. My wife was looking for toppers to give a modern but elegant touch to the desk and sideboard for our new studio. We choosed a marble effect with gold glitters that was also on sale.Gemma did a good job with the lady that helped us in the show room. My wife received prompt answers from the customer service.

We absolutely love our kitchen splash back! We went with the grey tinted mirror that looks so stunning and stylish and it has completely transformed our kitchen area! The guys that fitted it were fantastic, they were very efficient and worked so fast they were in and out within a few hours! Thankyou so much for your superb service and amazing product that really makes our house a home! A big Thankyou to Jemma for organising it all…. Appreciate your hard work in getting this all organised for us! Many thanks again, Lucy-Jo Hudson x

We are really delighted with our new kitchen splashbacks from CreoGlass, and were impressed with every aspect of the service they provided. They offer a dazzling range of colours and styles and finishes, all viewable on their attractive and easy to use website, and everyone we spoke to from the company was really helpful and friendly. With a special mention for Franki-Lee, who was our main contact and has been so thorough and friendly and professional throughout the process. And from the handful of local companies we got quotes from originally, CreoGlass's price was the best too. Most definitely highly recommended!

I would like to thank Greoglass for finishing of my kitchen with the care and Patience of master fitters it was worth the wait to see the design on my kitchen wall looking forward to just Staring and welcoming my friends 😊

Super service, super worktops and splashbacks!

All of the Creo Glass staff I had contact with were professional, knowledgeable and helpful - from the sales team, to the person measuring up my kitchen and the fitters.

My kitchen looks fabulous with Creo Glass's worktops and splashbacks.

Excellent service from start to finish, very happy with my new splash-back. Thank you Jemma and the rest of the team.

Excellent! CreoGlass fitted a glass splashback in our kitchen. The service and quality was top notch from start to finsh!

Really happy with installation start to finish. Excellent service. Gave me a quote from video and photos and honoured the price even after the survey.

I can not recommend this company enough. From start to finish the communication and service has been excellent. Jemma is a pleasure to deal with.
The measuring of the required splashback was so professional, that then meant installation went so smoothly and quickly. The installation guys were brilliant and real perfectionists!
The quality of the splashback is beautiful and it finishes my kitchen off perfectly.

Thank you so much!

Hmmm... If ordering a light colour (ie. Cream/white) always ask for a sample in the actual toughened glass. We didn't get offered that and the sample provided didn't match the final product - we were told there wouldn't be an obvious green tint (which is apparently due to the iron content in the toughened glass) BUT there was. It was almost lime green in places. After much debate going back and forth to them... we got fed up and eventually paid extra ourselves to have it ripped off and resprayed because we couldn't bare to look at it anymore. This meant damage to the wall and further delay. I also have to say the service offered wasn't the greatest (apart from Alex, who tried his best to be helpful). The person who told us there wouldn't be a green tint, took very little responsibility for the fact there was. Also the installers were actually quite unprofessional (swearing and having a go at each other whilst they were in our house with our kids around). We are happy with the quality and look of the final product now, but it was a stressful experience getting there. No one subsequently contacted us to ask if we were happy - sadly not great customer service!!

Thank you Jemma at Creoglass for your great service .
Everything went smoothly from start of the project too the end flawlessly. My kitchen is beautiful. 10 out of 10
Would recommend to family and friends

I left it late to order our splashback, despite reminders from our builders. I placed the order, explained my situation via email, and received a response from Nicole promising delivery within 48 hours. To my absolute amazement the splashback arrived within 24 hours. That is brilliant customer service and definitely a 5 star rating . One very happy customer

I was very particular about what kind of splashback i wanted and went through many samples. I finally found the one and requested for it to be made in the same colour and design. I was promised a 2-3 week turn around time which wasn't met it took them 5 weeks! Eventually the visual artwork sent to me showed the correct colour and i approved for them to proceed. Once the splash back had been made it was bought to my attention that they didn’t make it in the colour i had asked for ( they didnt even follow their own visual artwork) i was disgustingly put under pressure to decide as the owner said ‘do u want it or not’ and ‘if you want us to fix it then you’ll have to wait another 10 weeks potentially and tell us right now’. I had already inconveniently waited for so long now to complete the kitchen i had no choice but to have it installed we had already paid most of the money and they were refusing to offer any understanding of their mistake. Now i am stuck with a splash back which looks awful in my kitchen thanks to this company. Appalling service in particular from the owner himself would not recommend them.

Really good communication, they turned up when they said they would or called if they were delayed in traffic and fitted the splashback with a minimum of fuss. Aleks Blaziak was the account manager and was on top of things from start to finish. It looks great and I'd happily recommend the company.

I am very happy with my Smoky Mirror Splashback I have had so many compliments from friends and family. The sales team made my purchase so easy, they were very informative and gave me a very competitive price
