TOTAL RIP OFF... HALF OF THE MONEY YOU PAY THEM THEY KEEP FOR ALL SORTS OF FEES.I COULD HAVE HAD MY DEBT PAID OFF BY NOW. I CONTACTED THE CREDITOR MYSELF, AFTER PAYING OVER $19K TO CREDITORS RELIEF, (WHICH THEY TOOK $8700.00 OF FOR FEES) I ENDED UP WITH A BETTER DEAL, PAY OFF AND PAYMENT, AS FOR MY OTHER CREDITOR, THEY CLAIM NOT BEING ABLE TO GET AHOLD OF THEM AND HAD ME DO ALL THE WORK, YET STILL WANT TO CHARGE ME..
TOTAL B.S. COMPANY... STAU AWAY FRO M THEM. DO YOUR OWN NEGOTIATING!!!

Beware – My Experience with Freedom Debt Resolution / Creditors Relief

I signed up with a company advertising itself as Freedom Debt Resolution, but after signing the contract, I started receiving calls from another company called Creditors Relief.

They promised to help reduce my MCA debt, but instead, I ended up with more debt. Here’s what happened:
• They were very responsive before I signed the contract, but after that, they became hard to reach.
• My payments went into an escrow account, but they did not settle my debt as promised.
• After over 6 months of waiting, I had to contact my lender directly and negotiate my own one-time payment.
• The company kept the money I had paid into escrow, and I saw no benefit from their service.

When I researched further, I saw their Yelp rating was only 2.5 stars, with many reviews describing similar experiences. In my opinion, the positive Google reviews don’t reflect the reality—always check Yelp before trusting a debt relief company.

My advice: Avoid Freedom Debt Resolution / Creditors Relief. Based on my experience, they caused more harm than help.

I hired this company to handle my business arrangements after I had settlement agreements with lender paid into escrow account and someone they didn't pay lenders and got me back in lien status causing me to go out of business they didn't even take accountability for there mistakes I was already facing a hardship now I'm depleted I'm going to reach out to the attorney general and see what they think about this

Tyler was always there to answer any questions and always had a solution no matter what he always answered the phone .

Thanks to the Creditors Relief team; especially Jackson Ples and Matt Cosarca! Both men accomplished their assigned goals, keeping me updated and informed with their progress during the negotiations with my creditor. I'm very pleased with their efforts and the finalized settlement agreement presented to me this week. Good work men!

Tyler Robins has been my point of contact. He has done a good job responding when I have questions or issues. He is prompt - and willing to work with me on scheduling/changing payments. He keeps me updated on the account and even got me a Zero Balance letter when one of our loans was paid in full.

Sophie Bunduc, Jacob Jenkins and Cesar Perpelea were great to deal with. They were professional, communicative and reassuring throughout the process. I would highly recommend this organization.
