Grateful for help from Christian through David Medina
Our business needs finanical debt relief. Coastal Debt Resolve is coming to our rescue. Christopher David answered my very skeptical questions and carefully walked us through how the program will work. Ruben Galindo and Yesni Li then calmed our troubled nerves with follow up and follow through. David Medina has become our trusted and twice a week consistant communicator and counselior. He has provided us some much needed financial flexability as well as positive communication and hope. We are a couple months into our 18 month joruney and are in need of this financial debt releaf and hope all will work out well. David is our reassurer.

Trustworthy! I had a great experience with Coastal Debt. After speaking with Zane and explaining my specific situation he said that his program wouldn’t work for me. Spent a lot of time on the phone with me going thru everything. Zane even texted me his number and said I could contact him with questions about my current loan and how to negotiate lower payments. Would definitely recommend this company! They are knowledgeable, trustworthy and honest.

Disappointment
This program disappointed me this 2nd time around that it proved that they were after my $$. Maybe it was the representative that took over my case, because I was not confident on the plan. Yes, I'm aware the funds they need to build up in order to negotiate, but while they were ACH payments no work was being done so when I cancelled the program I asked for a refund, but Carlos stated that no refund will be done due to the contract. My mind is at that time didn't think of that, because I assumed they were opposite of the MCA lenders, but not they stayed with over $8,000 of my small business. Did Carlos communicate with the lender, "No" because he stated we need more funds in order to call them. I was concerned that a lien will be put on my bank account. So with this experience I would not recommend Coastal Debt Resolve they will keep your money even before they start negotiating on your behalf.

During your prior enrollment with Coastal Debt Resolve, our team was able to assist your business in resolving a merchant cash advance debt through a negotiated settlement that resulted in a significant reduction of the balance owed. We were pleased to help your business achieve that outcome, and many businesses—including returning clients facing new financial challenges—seek our assistance again when restructuring becomes necessary.
Regarding your more recent enrollment, the program you selected is designed as a structured savings-first resolution program. Funds are initially accumulated in a dedicated settlement account so that negotiations can begin once sufficient reserves are available to support meaningful settlement discussions with creditors.
In this case, the program concluded after only two program deposits, which occurred very early in the projected program timeline. At that stage, the settlement reserve had not yet reached the level typically required to begin negotiations with creditors.
As with most structured business debt resolution programs, meaningful negotiations generally occur only after sufficient settlement reserves have been accumulated, allowing discussions with creditors to occur from a realistic and productive position.
For this reason, we do not believe the review fully reflects how this type of program typically operates. The early stage of any business debt resolution program focuses on establishing the program structure and building the financial reserves necessary to negotiate effectively on a client’s behalf.
