My team has been wonderful and has had great communication and I feel really looks out for me.

This company is a complete fraud. The monies you pay for the program which includes monies towards the debt, if they do not settle it, they keep it all including the monies that were paid towards the debt. They robbed me of over $3000.00.

Credit Relief has been a great help in reducing MCA payments. It's been a pleasure working with them.

I had 3 MCA loans which I wanted to pay off. These guys were promising 40-60% off the loan. I waited and was paying them $1988/week for 6 weeks without a single negotiated contract. I called each MCA loan, On Deck, and was able to reduce the payoff from $166k to $156k. They didn't address the others with a settlement price. I negotiated these to the amount of weekly payments minus the original loan deposited into my account. It was apparent they did NOTHING and are keeping the $11k in fees for a job they didn't do. My advice is to call the loans individually and negotiate by yourself. The people at Creditors' Relief are not lawyers, just paid employees who really don't know or care about the numbers.

Creditors Relief (CR) is as predatory as MCA lenders…I did not go looking for any business debt relief, CR came looking for me. I began receiving phone calls, text messages and emails from Brandon at CR not long after obtaining MCA funding. Brandon was very skilled at painting a dire picture and I was a stupid, naive airhead to have believed CR was looking out for my company, they weren’t…CR was eyeballing the 30-35% they are now making off of my company’s financial woes. Ultimately, the onus is on me, I chose to work with CR…if CR is courting you, listen to your gut, don’t ignore any red flags, and run like hell in the opposite direction.

This is a good company. Very knowledgeable. Communication is good, and they help work through problems as experienced professionals. Their customer service people are very good. Hailey, in particular, has been exceptional with prompt communication. I recommend them.

In the beginning I was upset because the agent assigned to me did not seem to do enough to help me. However a guy called Horace later served and paid more attention to my concerns and my account came back on track. Shout out to Horace.
