I wish I could give them a no star they are disrespectful, liars, cheats, thieves. I suggest you never get your direct deposit into a Credit Karma spin account. Credit Karma is a horrible thing does not help your credit and they just steal your money. They do not care about their customers at all and customer service. Don’t even get me started on them. They totally hurts my heart and has interrupted my life 100% and I’m probably going to lose my house and my car over this. Thanks a lot credit karma spent out you’re amazing not

I applied for a loan when the incentive was $50 if you are declined and i was but they NEVER paid the incentive, I wrote to them about it and I was told that I would get help in return they dismissed me. I deleted this app from my phone and they keep sending me incorrect information about my credit like balances owed, its incredibly annoying to see how a company can send a person so many wrong reports. Beware and check your own balances. Be safe ppl.

I signed up for Credit Karma just to see if I could quickly receive my FICO numbers which are exceptional for over the past 2025 years. I didn’t really need Credit Karma but I get emails every month stating the price of my condominium is not in sync with other homes in the county, I am in. I didn’t think anything about it until I clicked open the link and this may have been eight months ago. I’ve only been in the condominium six months. It is a premier, high-rise condominium unit, and the tallest building in the city. I am living in.

I paid more than half for it but what Credit Karma keeps writing me and I keep writing them back saying why are you giving me numbers that are false because your formula is wrong What Credit Karma sends me every month see where your home value is. And it will show that I am $33,000 below any other home in this county I live in. I just bought the condo six months ago. So when I wrote them and said what you’re doing is using the formula for standalone homes with property land and acres etc. etc. I am in a two bedroom two bath condominium and it is not comparable to a two or three or four bedroom home with acres or no acres or fourth of acre that all counts in the value of your home. They wrote back the first time and said they were researching it and to send me what they had sent me well a second New Home, value was not presented until July 20. I submitted my email to them July 4 so I received another email from them stating we’ve closed your case we haven’t heard from you.

So I responded I did not receive a new calculation of Home value until July 20 and it’s still saying the same thing that my two bedroom two bath condominium is $33,000 below average amount of “homes” in my county. They are comparing apples and oranges and the reviews and what I hear when people apply for loans and use Credit Karma as the backup that everything is going good the lenders do not respect them now my credit was checked through the bureaus and it is in the 800 range. I don’t know where Credit Karma gets their information. Mine was also with them in the almost 800 range that was not the issue, but don’t send me additional information to make me feel good that you’re producing things that will help me in the future if they are not accurate.

So I sent the note that they sent me on my value being 33,000 under the values of the other homes in my county. I’m thinking I will just delete the app. I’ve never tried through. If you can get this credit card you can do this. You can do that. I wouldn’t go to Credit Karma for any recommendations, and this was even before the accuracy of condo in Home value I think I will delete the app. I see they get a one out of five stars and now I’m another one out of five stars for them.

I was a CK customer for over 30 years. Then today I needed to change my phone number on my account. The artificial unintelligence sent a conformation code to my new phone. I type it in.
"Please contact support"
I try again. "Please contact support".
So, I looked through the "Help" articles, which told me I was doing everything correct.
"Please contact support".
I get on chat, and bully my way past another AU bot to get a human. Well, you would have thought I fired a nuke at the home office. In order to change my phone number, I was going to have to get on a webcam, verify facial features, supply documents (which probably aren't very secure in the first place), yadda, yadda, yadda. Just to change my flipping phone number. Essentially, I would have to set up a new account just to change ONE BIT of information on an existing 30 year account. Hell, I'll find some other place to check my scores, this is ridiculous, and a massive waste of my time. CK, you lost a long time customer today...hope you and your artificial unintelligence are happy.

Do not even think about "considering" or "looking at" or getting more info on "Credit Karma Home Loans."

They do not understand the words, "One more phone call and I will sue you," they apparently think, "Challenge accepted!"
I didn't even complete the form!! Once I saw that their rates were worse than what I have now, I force closed the app. Evidently they took that as a sign to harass me until I die.
They are like a rapid badger, hounding me relentlessly with phone calls and texts when I never officially engaged in any bona fide "business" relationship with them.

Your annoying commercial, first you have someone in a car putting on her seat belt saying nothing just grinning like an ape, and now you have someone who sounds like a witch talking about credit card cash back. Enough already.

On June 26, 2026, I applied for a personal loan with OneMain Financial through an offer on my Credit Karma account that carried the Karma Guarantee: if the application wasn't approved, Credit Karma would pay $50. The application was declined, and Credit Karma's own app displayed the status "Declined on July 1, 2026."

When I filed my guarantee claim, Credit Karma denied it, claiming in writing that they had "confirmed" with OneMain that my application was approved on the same or better terms. Their own platform showed the opposite. One of their denial emails even arrived with unfilled template placeholders: a form letter, not a review.

I disputed the denial with screenshots of their own app contradicting their support team. What followed was weeks of identical, non-substantive responses: no timeline, no reference number, no resolution. Just "we're redirecting this to a team of specialists," over and over.

I have since filed a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. A company whose entire business is consumer trust should not need a federal regulator involved to honor a $50 promise its own records confirm it owes.

I wouldn't give him 0.They had said that I was approved for refinance at my car and they said it was credit camera approved and get money. It was just a bad thing.I can go on and tell you the whole story , but i'm not going to credit karma , is bull they say that you're gonna be approved in their guaranteed.And then they run your credit through all kinds of stuff.It's not good.I wouldn't go through credit karma for nothing

I was with credit karma for many years. Got a lot of "offers" just for me, that were always rejected. The $50 pay to me if I wasn't approved...was a sham.
What made me leave was when I got a notification saying they linked my husband's car loan in with my credit. Nothing my husband or I wanted or would have approved.
No trust left for credit karma.

Dissatisfied by the port customer support engagement. It's quite obvious they are overwhelmed by too many complaints. When i looked on x, then found out that rocketskycredit actually got the job done surprisingly. It was more efficient after gotten several inquiries from loan sharks permanently removed . I just believe going extra mile was needed after ck couldn't resolve the identity theft issues experienced.

Misleading credit card promotions. Very unhappy with my approval because the card has only a $300 limit and 28% APR. No way to change limit and won’t let me rescind application. NO WAY TO CONTACT CREDIT KARMA CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I would give it zero if I could!! They keep sending alerts for lower auto interest rates! Jump through all the hoops and it’s no where what they post!! They are deleted!! What a scam

Total scam! I have 702, 706, and 723 fico scores on the 3 bureaus, 36% debt to limit, zero late payments or derogatories, long credit history, and the CK app said I had excellent approval chances with a Citi card so I applied and got declined. Now I have an inquiry I never would’ve had if CK didn’t assure me of approval. Don’t fall for this Credit Karma scam to get you to apply for credit cards.

Horrible customer service ! Stole money from my account

The credit builder account will screw you. They won’t let me link my bank account and won’t respond to emails and chats therefore causing a fraudulent and scammy drop on my score of 39 points. They flat out suck! There scores also show no formal accuracy with the real scores 90% of the time the real score is lower then what they show.

Ads to free credit report take you to a 3rd party chat that sells your private info. NO credit reports or live help available. If you do, you start getting spammed incessantly from 3rd parties. Test it yourself first. It's horrifying.

Credit Karma is a horrible banking system. They continue to double charge me for payments I've Made and I'm constantly having to make disputes. I just did one today. I will no longer pay my bills through their banking system. I will continue to monitor my transactions to make sure they are no longer stealing my money though. I do not recommend "Banking" with them...

Please tell your loan employees to stop harassing me. No means no.

Ofcourse they help you keep track of your credit or atleast pretend to . Because they let me suffer identity theft which negatively impacted my credit in general. I had to look out on X socials and found out many more people were going through the same issue, and rocketskycredit was able to come to the rescue by permanently removing all 13 negative inquiries . I was getting called my late payment on loans and all got retrieved in matter of weeks. I'll tell people that freezing your credit after identity theft issues is never enough because your information is still exposed . You just have to be very pro active so as not to experience such again. My credit situation is since improved drastically with over 120+ score points . CK can do better with their slow customer service.
