I truly believe what Credit Karma does is fraudulent. Credit Karma gets people to apply for loans or credit cards with outstanding approval odds which I believe to be a complete lie. So they make me hurt your credit score with hard inquiries, when in actuality you have 0 approval odds, not outstanding. They have all these partners that give loan offers and credit card offers on Credit Karma, they say your odds for approval are above excellent, that you have outstanding approval odds, then you get approved for 0. Then Credit Karma gets paid by these partners and you end up with a lower credit score affecting your odds for an approval somewhere else. The only way I see and truly believe, it is deception and fraudulent. I don't believe it is anything else. Hope this doesn't happen to anyone else.

I enjoyed keeping up on my credit, but recently lost my phone number of 12 years and had to get a new one. the process to change my phone number on their website is practically non-existent and will lock you in a loop. they apparently don't care. there are no live people to talk to they keep sending a code to a number that doesn't exist anymore. an Experian does the same thing. it's a shame they lost a long time customer. it's pathetic I can close my account but I can't change my phone number

Deceitful company. Guarantees $50 for card approval, then if you apply and aren't approved they dodge paying out. Typical silicon valley dishonesty.

Rating them so low due to my poor experience . Too bad the support wasn't even helpful.
However the case might be, having low credit shouldn't stop you from getting access to loans and good insurance. Wanting to get a better credit led me to look out on X, when rocketskycredit actually did a surprise debt relief on all cc and credit has since improved overtime.

I had a terrible experience and it's really unacceptable that CK dont have a reliable customer support. This really happened after i experienced identity theft fraud issue which i don't know how my information got leaked. This became a serious issue that dented my report negatively. So i looked out on X to see if anyone else is going through the same issue, then rocketskycredit was able to remove unnecessary negative items off the report and they are permanent. Once again Ck can do better with customer support because freezing your credit isn't just enough to get your credit back in shape after taking a hit.

Applied for a personal loan with karma guarantee. Loan was not approved and no karma payment.

This is an awful Banking Company just like a lot of the online banking companies can change their policy blame a lot of their computer algorithm glitches that affect your checking accounts leaving account and again you try to talk to the customer service they can't do anything their hands are tied it's all about the computer algorithm and then they just keep giving you all the pleasantries I understand that this is frustrating I understand that this is unfair and yeah I can never actually fix anything or do anything they break trust quickly and then they don't want to fix their own mistakes and blame it on a computer algorithm and you're just supposed to be okay with it I would not bank here take the extra time go to an actual physical Bank

The "Karma Guarantee" for your application for a credit card being denied by a Lender is horrible. It has now been 35 days since I was declined a credit card. I contacted CreditKarma Member Support, opened a Case and keep getting told that a "higher department" is reviewing my case. I have provided the actual denial letter that I received via USPS and no one is explaining what the "process" is. Seems like $25 - $50 may be the monetary amount of the "Karma Guarantee", if approved. Very interesting that I keep receiving emails to apply for more credit cards from CreditKarma. Makes me wonder if CreditKarma is really looking out for my best interests and improving my credit score, or are they just a marketing conduit for all the Lenders ?

Well my account is worthless! Credit karma has changed my phone number to a number I've never seen before. Every time i try to change the phone number back to mine. It won't let me! I've used this app for years and it's been great! Not sure what happened but it's a piece of shit now!!!

When you try to get a loan based on the credit score with Credit Karma and find out it's 30 it's lower than what the lender has found, it's frustrating when your loan is denied.
It does keep me on track, staying focus on paying off loans.
The personal loan they offer, the interest rate is too high.

Trying to access an old tax return I filed through credit karma, when I lived in the US. I now live abroad and of course, I can't access my account! I ALSO conveniently can't access the support channel, and there's no number to call either. How is an American expat supposed to access their tax documents?? What, do they just hope and pray none of their customers ever move abroad? Ridiculous!

They are still up to their same old tricks. Showing you the odds and possibilities of getting approved by other snakes on their platform. I think another lawsuit is on the horizon.

I went through Credit Karma thinking would be the best place to go through since they are your credit scores . I was wrong !!! The company they recommend is the worst . I deleted their app never again where I use them.

I buy my credit score every quarter. My score is never under 681 on any of the big 3 in 18 years. They say I have a 505 on credit karma. This is criminal at the least. They do that to give you high interest rate, low balance $300-$1000, bad credit cards with yearly $99-$300 annual renewal fees. I would Caancel any card I got from them. It's a scam and criminal at the least. They prey on the desperate poor communities

Credit karma gotta stop posting B's scores on their site what they have on their site your points are always 10 to 20 points different With today's technology everything should be updated IF they can't do the job let another company take over!!!!

I really don't appreciate them merging my private Credit Karma account with my QuickBooks work account that I get paid through. This was completely done by them without my knowledge or consent, they only emailed me later to tell me it had been done. Then having to root around in the deep settings to opt out was even worse.

I had a very disappointing experience with Credit Karma.

I applied for a credit card that was listed in the “Credit Karma Guarantee” section. Based on that, I expected that if I wasn’t approved, I would at least receive the promised $25 Guarantee payment.

Instead, my application was denied immediately. I received a hard inquiry on my credit report, which lowered my credit score by 3 points. To make matters worse, I did not receive the promised $25 compensation.

The card has now disappeared from my Credit Karma offers, and customer support has not provided a satisfactory explanation.

Because of this experience, I cannot recommend using Credit Karma to apply for credit cards. A hard inquiry can affect your credit, and in my case, the advertised guarantee did not provide the benefit I expected.

I recommend thinking twice before submitting any credit card applications through this service.

I applied a citi bank credit card from this app. It was 0% apr for 21 months in their advertisement But in real it was not. I got to know after three months when I got 25.49 percent interest on my remaining balance. Now they don’t have customer support and none helps. My credit score went down to 77pts

If you want to be harassed daily by scam phone calls pretending to have a loan offer for you then go to Credit Karma and check out a loan rate - you don't even need to apply - once you check your rate prepare to be harassed forever. Credit Karma shares your information. STAY AWAY

I wish I could give them a no star they are disrespectful, liars, cheats, thieves. I suggest you never get your direct deposit into a Credit Karma spin account. Credit Karma is a horrible thing does not help your credit and they just steal your money. They do not care about their customers at all and customer service. Don’t even get me started on them. They totally hurts my heart and has interrupted my life 100% and I’m probably going to lose my house and my car over this. Thanks a lot credit karma spent out you’re amazing not
