Good quality products, great service
At first, we went to DFS to have a look at sofas. However, we've been approached by such a nice representative, Cathy Baker who made us decide to complete the purchase. Cathy was very patient, she took the time to clearly talk us through the options, she assisted with the measurements and processed the order promptly. I cannot remember when was the last time i felt so welcomed in a shop. Cathy is amazing and she deserves 5 starts or more!
