contact broke in my eye multiple times!!!
usually I love this store, I was buying from them for over 2 years until I bought 4 different contacts in December 2025. the first one I put in ended up breaking IN MY EYE, first time ever wearing it. second one, also broke in my eye. 3rd one gave me an infection and the 4th broke after wearing it 3 times (30 day contact btw!!) i submitted a complaint within the first day of them arriving (after the first contact broke) and received no reply ever and instead they kept emailing me for a good review!! honestly disgusting

Prices, selection, shopping costs and speed were all 5/5!! Products were great, except the pair of "Volturi" lenses didn't match. The outer ring on one was dark red where it was supposed to be black. Had i intended to wear them both, it would have been an issue, but I only wear one at a time, so it's no big deal. THANK YOU!!
