Wanting a set of Gemini plates first time I've had a Gemini machine and was finding it hard to get replacement plates as I really wasn't sure what I should order .I've contacted crafters companion by email and the response I received back has been excellent.they are waiting on delivery and put me on a list and inform me when I can order ,hopefully soon. So the service I received has been excellent .you ask for date it was last week trust pilot.

Crafters companion products are always the best quality and the customer service is second to none they are always helpful and pleasant to deal with.

One of our (many) purchases from Crafter’s Companion got stuck in shipping. When I contacted them I got a very apologetic response right away, and a replacement shipment that arrived promptly. Very satisfied!

I needed some Safety Data Sheets for Crafter's Companion products. I emailed to request these. The response was quick and accurate - emailing back to me with the SDSs I needed. Thank you

I recently had a query regarding a product I’d missed out on and I exchanged emails with Julia Rowlson. She was pleasant, courteous, helpful and professional. I have been a loyal CC customer since the beginning. I love the products, the team and the demonstrations and encouragement they give. If I have ever had a problem, which has been very rare over the almost 20 years I’ve been a customer, the response from the very lovely people in the Customer Service team, whether by email, or by telephone, has been timely and always helpful. I had a very good experience this week. I needed some craft tools that I was unable to find anywhere. So I got in touch with their customer services, who kindly helped me out and got them sent out to me by the next day. Very pleased with their service. X

I very rarely reach out to Customer Service as my orders are always on time and intact! The few times I have had to reach out (which I can count on one hand) the problem has been resolved in a timely fashion and no complaints from me.

It's not CC that I have had a problem with though, but the shipping company here in the USA. My issue was NOT CC's fault but poor packaging from GOFO, the shipper.

I love CC and 90% of my crafting products have been purchased from them. The quality of their paper and cardstock cannot be beat.

I've been with Miss Sara since the beginning of her journey way back on HSN so she has "grown up" in front of me. Keep up what you all are doing. Everyone associated with CC, presenters, demonstrators, behind the scene crews, and customer reps are fantastic. Thanks for all your hard work and caring.

I love Crafter’s Companion products but since the change to US warehouses for shipping to US customers, shipping has been very inconsistent. Some orders come complete and in a reasonable time while others take much longer to arrive. I have had incorrect items, broken items, ship in multiple packages and lost orders. When I reach out to customer service about issues, most of the time, the response time is very quick. However there have been some tomes when a response takes 5 or more days. My biggest disappointment is with the shipping and lost packages. The most recent lost package is now being shipped again but 2 items in that order are now out of stock so I was refunded. I hope Crafter’s Companion will change their warehouse and shipping partner. I have made the decision to no longer order from Crafter’s Companion because of the issues with shipping. I have been a customer for a number of years and am sad that the US shipping partner has pushed me to that decision.

It was dealt with very quickly by Julia, I always find that that the Customer Service Advisors are always polite, helpful and very knowledgeable about their stock.

This company has the most amazing team of people. Customer Service, in particular, are the best in the business. No query is ignored and if you call they are so friendly and helpful. I have been buying from Crafter's Companion for almost 22 years and would recommend them to every crafter. The products are top quality and value for money and the despatch team are fast. As for the programs they are so informative and their experts and presenters are fabulous. I wish I could give more than 5****.
