Crafter's Companion Anmeldelser

Heartbroken evesham store has closed. Staff and customers devastated was so sudden no closing sale no warnings nothing.

So helpful and prompt in dealing with my query and getting back to me. Brilliant service. Thanks Julia.

Excellent customer service contact regarding my order. Gorgeous 12 x 12 papers received in a beautiful presentation box. Many thanks.

Crafter’s Companion offers high quality merch. Have always been pleased with their products.

Website ordering has gotten smooth and easy. Good photos show exactly what you’re getting. The descriptions are sometimes missing, especially on things like coloring powders. Would be great to have a link in the item description to a product demo.

When watching live…Wish the special sale pricing didn’t cut off in mid-show due to time zone differences. Had $150 items in my basket and halfway through the show most of my sale prices went away, so sad. I ordered what was still on sale, just missed some really good stuff.

Recently ran across a website glitch. My email to customer service was answered promptly and politely. Suggestions were given and all was done in a polite and professional manner by wonderful humans.

In my opinion, Crafter’s Companion is one of the top-tier papercraft companies. Great quality merch, wonderful demonstrators, and just plain lovely people to deal with. A real gem these days.

The company was very responsive. Unfortunately, their third party distributor didn't package my item well, and it was damaged in transit. The company immediately sent me a replacement (and made sure it was packaged more securely!). I appreciated the quick response and offer to replace the item. I would definitely buy from them again!

Crafters Companion is an EXCELLENT company. Even though it is based in the UK and I live in the US, they have proven to be an extremely excellent company with which to work. There is a 5 hour time difference between us. Often I will send an email after UK business hours. When I have an inquiry and contact them via email, I receive an immediate generic response and the very next day I have ALWAYS received a personal response to my concern or question. I have contacted them often over the last 2-3 years and I have ALWAYS received the same kind, personal, thoughtful service. I have also phoned them on occasion and again if I phone during UK business hours, I have experienced the same excellent service. Their products are exceptional, their YouTube instruction is second to none in any country, and their service is excellent. I had a problem with a particular die. A staff member worked with me daily to help me to try and find a solution to my problem for over a week. On one particular day, she was out of the office. The next day when she returned, she contacted me, she showed exceptional and very personal interest and asked how I was doing trying solutions on her day away from her desk! I have NEVER EXPERIENCED SUCH PERSONAL SERVICE from any company on either side of the pond! WELL DONE Crafters Companion!

I have been customer for this company for a long time. As well as happy shopping and satisfied with products the most helpful, professional and friendly customer service has kept me loyal customer for this company.
When sometimes things happens and doesn't go well , after contacting customer service specially Julia and Emma you will get the quick respond and the best way to resolve your issues. By far the best customer service in my experience. I always confident to shop and confident if things go wrong there are dedicated people to resolve it. Thank you for your hard work.A*******

I am a Canadian crafters who is new to card making. I stumbled onto the Crafter’s Companion site on YouTube a few months ago and was very interested in all the information it had on card and paper crafts. However I was sad to learn that you don’t ship to Canada and the site you directed me to here, Ecstacy Crafts, had very limited supplies. What I did buy there was of the excellent quality that I saw in the shows but not of the current stock shown on the Crafter’s website. My request is to be able to purchase from the website to take advantage of the new releases of beautiful papers, dies and stamps. Your customer service regarding providing information was good and they sent a quick reply when I emailed Crafter’s. Thank you.

The customer service team has been a refreshing positive to ordering online. The few times that I've had issues with my order, shipping and delivery, the team at Crafters Companion has been the utmost teriffic team to work with. We have a 7 hour time difference but yet, I always get a response within 24 hours of requesting help on an issue. I know the team is small which makes everything they do even more spectacular.. I really wish other customer service teams would take CC's values to heart and treat their customers with respect. Thank you to the CC Customer Service Team, can't say enough GREAT things about you..

The product is exactly as advertised. Great quality. My delivery was taking longer than expected, so I emailed customer service and they got back to me within a short time. Julia was excellent in communication with me and found out where my product was and kept me in the loop as to delivery day.

I have been extremely impressed with Crafters Companion and the level of customer service they provide. They consistently go above and beyond to help their customers and make sure their needs are taken care of.
It is clear that this company genuinely values its consumers. Their willingness to listen, assist and find solutions sets them apart. You can tell that customer satisfaction isn't just something they talk about- it's something they take pride in and put into practice.
Crafters Companion is a company that truly cares and provides us with great product. I am a customer for life. Thank you Crafters Companion!

I have a hobby which needs the use of a glue gun. As I’ve used crafters companion before I purchased their gun via Amazon so I had a quicker delivery. After 3 weeks of used the glue gun stated leaking through joints and then blew out all my electrics in the house. I called crafters companion to advise of the problem but they were not interested and told me to go to Amazon. I would have thought they would have wanted to know about any possible fault with the product. Well Amazon replaced it for me like for like. The replacement lasted a bit longer but sadly has started to develop the same issues. I haven’t waited this time for it to go bang. I won’t be buying it again

Julia was very prompt in dealing with my enquiry.
A pleasure to deal with.

Always pleasant & polite. The customer service team help wherever they can. That’s why I always go back to shop with Crafters Companion. They have a good team all round & always give you ideas you hadn’t thought of.

I have been buying products from Crafter's Companion for years now and love the products so much. On occasion I have had reason to contact customer service. I have found them to ... on all occasions ... be responsive and professional and quick to solve any issue I had. My experiences with CC customer service have always been above expectations and I've been very happy in my dealings with them. Great team.

Crafter’s Companion was an excellent company to deal with. I ordered a Gemini Mini die cutter & received it quickly. I sent a few emails to them & they responded quickly, even though there was a time difference! I highly recommend Crafter’s Companion!

Julia is very helpful and always e-mails me back when ever I have a question or concern. I was looking for a specific item that was not avaiable and Julia kindly added me to the waiting list.

Unfortunately, my original order was delayed even though I'd received notification it was going to be delivered on a specific day. Therefore, I contacted the Customer Service Team via email. This was really easy and they contacted me well within the time stated for a response. Julia was so helpful, she organised for the order to be resent and a refund on some items which were then out of stock! However, typically, the original parcel then arrived prior to the resend! Having contacted Julia, who was extremely helpful again, she advised for me to keep the original as this contained all of the items I'd expected and once I'd received the second parcel, she would arrange for this to be collected. This happened like clock work so I was very grateful. I couldn't fault the Customer Service I received, nothing was too much trouble and as always Crafters Companion will continue to be my go to for all my crafting needs, and there are many! Thank you again Julia.

First of all Julia was a top notch professional customer service agent! She told me what they couldn't do but she followed up with options. She went further by telling me how each option would affect my purchase. She was also prompt with her responses despite the time difference. I couldn't be more satisfied.

I had an issue with a product I received that was damaged by the packer and I contacted CC customer service and Julia responded and made a resolution quickly and went over and beyond my expectations. I have always had great customer service from CC.
