Πολύ ευγενικός ο οδηγός, πρόσχαρος,κ ενώ υπήρχε θέμα με το θυροτηλέφωνο επέμενε κ με τηλεφωνική κλήση για να μην χάσω τη παράδοση μου.

Θα έπρεπε το ενημερωτικό μήνυμα παράδοσης να δίνει ένα δίωρο χρονικό παράθυρο για την παράδοση και όχι να σε κρατάει 8 ώρες μέσα στο σπίτι να περιμένεις πότε θα παραδοθεί το δέμα. Δεν υπάρχει τηλέφωνο να μιλήσεις απευθείας με εκπρόσωπο. Σε προωθούν σε ένα ψηφιακό bot το οποίο κατευθύνει αυτό τις ερωτήσεις που θα του κάνεις, δεν σου επιτρέπει να θεσεις δικό σου ερώτημα. Ζήτησα από τον αποστολέα του οποίου ειμαι τακτική πελάτισσα να μη με ξανά εξυπηρετήσει με τη συγκεκριμένη ταχύμεταφορική

The delivery driver rang the intercom, so I immediately ran to open the door. However, he never came upstairs and simply left. He didn’t call me or make any attempt to contact me. A few minutes later, I received a notification saying that the delivery had failed. Very disappointing service.

Στέλνουν μνμ για παράδοση σήμερα και τελικά δεν παραδίδουν
Πας να παραλάβεις το δέμα και σε έχουν μια ώρα αναμονή

Η επικοινωνία αδύνατη. Δεν σηκώνει κανείς το τηλέφωνο. Απαράδεκτη καθυστέρηση. Περιμένω ένα δέμα από Αθήνα στη Νότια Κρήτη και δεν έχει έρθει 9ημερες μετά. Άλλες εταιρείες για την ίδια αποστολή ζητούν κ πιο λίγα χρήματα και κάνουν 3μερες μόνο. Δυστυχώς η αδερφή μου επέλεξε αυτή την εταιρεία και τώρα δε μπορώ να βρω εξυπηρέτηση πελατών πάρα μόνο ρομπότ απαντά στο τηλέφωνο. Η χειρότερη εμπειρία που είχα ποτέ με courier. Please never send parcels with them. They are scammers.

This courier is the worst of all very slow I'm waiting 7 days to take my parcel

Probably the worst service I've ever received by a courier company. I haven't received any updates about my order in days. When I consult their digital helper for a delivery date it always gets pushed back. 2 days ago it was from 5th-8th june now it's from 9th-11th. I don't know what is going on

I believe it is the worst courier service I have ever tried.
I have tried it twice; the first time they broke or lost the bottles I purchased (the vendor compensated me) and the second time they never arrived and called me to pick up my parcel from their offices...
I would strongly recommend choosing any other alternative.

I would give negative stars if I could. When I can’t choose the courier company and I get this one, the anxiety begins. My package stays in their warehouse for two weeks. The delivery person is always unpleasant to deal with (maybe just in my area, I can’t say about all the other areas). Hopefully companies will realise this and stop using this courier service to ship our orders.

Fake delivery attempts and courier centers which are far away from the city. Very bad experience overall.

Worst experience ever ! Even when you are at home, they leave after letting the phone ring only twice, they don`t answer the phone after you call them, and their call center is irritatingly incompetent !

Worst courier company ever. I shop online sometimes and cannot control what courier they use, every time I have packages from this company there always some issue and unpleasantness. Whether it’s ringing the doorbell nonstop, directly send my package to a locker, postpone delivery for a couple days when it’s in the warehouse for a long time or even several times the delivery dudes asked me to go downstairs to get the package myself! Cannot reach the company by phone whatsoever. They are just the worst.

Απαράδεκτοι. Τάχαμου δεν με βρήκαν, ενώ δεν υπάρχει θυροτηλέφωνο και δεν κάλεσαν στο τηλέφωνο που είχαν.

Excellent courier service. We have worked with "Courier Center Mon. AE" based in Aegaleo, Attica Greece, multiple times. They deliver door to door as partners with the companies one purchases from. We have only this experience and they are professional, reliable and polite. They call several times before delivery and deliver promptly. We will continue using them when ordering goods online and secure they partner with the shop, trader or provider. Very polite delivery staff, which is very important.

Diabolical! Keep promising to bring me my packet then dont bring it. Told me they will leave it in a petrol station in the next village to me as they can't be bothered to bring it to me in my village.
Possibly the worst courier service there is.
