I lost one of my hearing aids, so raised a claim with my home insurance company. My insurers referred me to Countrywide Hearing who have been brilliant. Thanks to Nial and Lauren who talked me through the process and made the arrangements for my replacement aids and home appointment. Dave my audiologist arrived on time on the day of my appointment, and very quickly tested my hearing and fitted my replacement aids expertly. Thank you all at Countrywide Hearing.

Countrywide provided an excellent service. The communication was first class and the audiologist was very good and prompt. All sorted in a few days. I can’t thank countrywide enough for all they have done. My hearing aids are wonderful.

I used this company following an insurance claim and from the very start of the process through to the initial consultation, to the audiologist appointment at home to test and fit the new hearing aid the service was second to none. Very understanding and caring with my elderly mum, loaned her temp hearing aids which was great. Came back straight away when adjustments were needed. First class service highly recommended.

Prompt service following an insurance claim; from the initial consultation, to the audiologist appointment at home to test and fit the new hearing aid. Mohammed was very caring and respectful of my elderly relative. He also cleaned and paired the old hearing aid to match the new one and even informed us of apps and extra fitments that we could use to aid with the maintenance and care of the hearing aids, which our initial supplier failed to tell us! We were very impressed by the overall service we received from Countrywide Hearing.

Had a visit from Ian the audiologist from Slater Audiology yesterday .
Ian was very competent and after a hearing test my new hearing aid was fitted and is excellent.

Helpful and efficient and reassuring. Appointed audiologist excellent. Made recovery from losing a hearing aid as painless as possible

It was good that the audiologist visited my home and he was a very friendly man.

However I am expecting a ' like for like ' replacement and currently that has not been achieved. Countrywide promised I would get that , which my previous provider( The Hearing Centre had agreed to) The hearing aids I have been given appear to have no program for tinnitus, which I had with the other hearing aids. The audiologist said tinnitus programs were uncommon. This is not what I was led to believe previously. He is going to find more information for me.

I was not confident he really was fully up to date with my hearing aids and I worry he was more interested in handing them over giving basic instructions and leaving. This was what I was warned might happen with a ' online provider

Currently I am not sure I will get the after care I got from my previous provider and i am concerned I might have made the wrong choice in going with Countrywide

I was helping an elderly lady claim for a lost hearing aid. Niall could not have been more helpful and pleasant. I was extremely impressed with this company; they responded quickly and professionally and offer a fantastic service.

Other insurance companies would have much to learn from Countrywide Hearing!

Very impressed with Rita of ‘Sounds delightful’ . She gave me a thorough hearing test and examination. She explained the procedure well and I felt a very valued customer. She was able to answer all of my questions and made sure I understood. I just felt she really cared. A lovely friend lady and I can’t thank her enough for such an excellent service.

The lady who came to our house was very professional explained what she was doing set the app up tested my wife's hearing and adjusted the hearing aids to suit. Would definitely recommend
