Nothing was a problem, to the Welsh man I spoke , sorry cant remember his name, was extremely helpful and very pleasant.

Very professional in their approach and sorted my claim out quickly and to my satisfaction. They were prompt and sorted out replacement hearing aids for my husband within 10 days from start to finish.

Stephen phoned me to arrange my appointment for the following morning. He arrived on time and introduced himself and gave me his card. I felt at ease with him right away. The whole process was amazing from the hearing test to the moulds being taken. He phoned me as soon as he received my new hearings aids and arranged to come out the following morning. The aids are perfect. The whole service was amazing.

I contacted Admiral, my insurers and within half a day I had a call from Countrywide Hearing Ltd. I was put in touch with Mr Kavadias who came out to my home and sorted out new hearing aids. They were with me within 2 weeks and I am happily wearing them. The service was exemplary and I have no qualms in recommending the company to my friends and family.

Had an amazing experience with using countrywide to replace my lost hearing aids via insurance. The phone calls were very friendly and I was able to arrange a suitable time for the new aids to be set up. The setup visit was also excellent, professional and friendly. My aids were set up even better than my previous pair.
