The return policy for trade accounts is highly restrictive and does not reflect the expectations of a professional working relationship.

We have also experienced issues with product performance. The Harper door handles tend to drop, even when we used them with their recommended heavy-duty latches.

In addition, the paint finish on bronze socket screws chips easily, even with careful installation using the slimmest screwdriver.

We had been specifying and using Corston products since 2022. However, based on our experience, we have decided not to continue using their products, particularly on high-end projects, as neither the product quality nor the level of trade service meets expectations relative to their pricing.

I would like to say a big thank you to a lady named Lily.

Long story short, my package was accidentally delivered by DPD to this company instead of being shipped to the Netherlands, where it was originally meant to go. Lily kindly called me and left a voicemail. When I returned her call, she clearly explained what had happened and honestly reassured me that she would send it back to me. Within just two hours, I had received a tracking number from her.

Although I was quite shocked by the situation (as the package contained a gift for my boyfriend), I was truly amazed by her kindness and integrity. They could easily have ignored the issue or disposed of the parcel, but Lily chose to do the right thing.

She is a wonderful example that kind and honest people still exist in this world. So once again, a big shout-out to Lily - I really hope her manager is aware of what a valuable employee they have.

Emily manages our trade account and is excellent, super clear communicator and goes above and beyond. Not to mention the Corston products which are extremely high quality, solid brass and worth the investment.

I am a humble building tradesperson, nevertheless, I choose Corston Architectural Detail for my own home. What you buy is outstanding design and craftsmanship. Excellent finishes and second to none customer service and aftercare. No other light fittings I have ever bought or seen come complete with Wago connections to complete the installation. Thought and attention to detail prevail with Corston Archtectural Detail. Packaging and presentation set Corston apart and you feel genuinely enriched through the experience. Ich habe unseren Neubau mit vielen Corston Produkten ausgestattet. Lichtschalter, diverse Möbelknöpfe, Türgriffe und Fenstergriffe. Meine 2 Reklamationen wurden umgehend und problemlos erledigt. Auf meine Mails wurde immer superschnell geantwortet und die Qualität ist einwandfrei. Allerdings muss man beachten, dass Türgriffe und Fenstergriffe wirklich auch in Deutschland passen. Auch die Bestellungen wurden sehr schnell ausgeliefert.
