Our lamp & lampshade arrived promptly and in outstanding packaging, the box for the floor lamp was incredibly well designed.
We now have a beautiful lamp & shade which receives lots of compliments I think that says something for a lamp!!

I purchased the Lillee lamp base in hot pink but I have a serious problem with it. Which lamp shade? I was going to go black & white different but stylish, green for a garish contrast, orange for bright but unexpected twist. Needless to say due to the sheer number of options I changed my mind daily. I have the raspberry ikat from a previous purchase in a 16cm matched with it for a deliberately eccentric look. A temporary placement that is turning into my perfect match. One is not enough! I’m debating my next purchase and given the number of possibilities I could be some time! 😊🤣

Lovely products, however returning isn’t quite what you think, the fee for returning sales items isn’t to pay for carriage it’s just a fee (I’m assuming a restock fee), you have to organise & pay for the return yourself. I’m in that process, courier tracking has tried 1st attempt to deliver, we shall see how that goes.

Amazing lights, look fantastic, amber glass is substantial and good quality, easy to put together and super speedy delivery with excellent customer service.

Beautiful lampshade, really well made and excellent quality. It arrived quickly and was carefully packaged. I have several lamps from Pooky now and they never disappoint, such lovely designs that really elevate a room. Would definitely recommend!

I have always admired the shades and wanted one so I bought 2 silk shades plus 2 marble bases and 2 lightbulbs
Thrilled with the look but neither initially worked after much investigation and a fuse going in the plug and the house electricity supply tripping , we discovered it was a faulty bulb that caused us a lot of worry and confusion now all sorted and they look lovely

Perfect Pooky for literally every room - service and style and utter satisfaction. We love Pooky, our customers love Pooky, our house and caffè love Pooky. I don't know how you could get any better.

Rechargable Lights. Warning on buying because I have now have had 2 sets of rechargeable lamps. I love them but they just do not work. The first pair are one of the first ones they produced but they stopped charging so I paid to have them sent back to have new batteries but they still wont recharge. The second pair were a gift and after very little use only one charges. I really havent had much use out of any of them so its not as if have run them into the ground. I know so many people who say the same. So disappointed and the fact i had to pay for a repair on the first set I suspect if I complain they wont be in anyway helpful.

I love Pooky lights! I have many of them in my house now. The details are accurate, the quality is high and they are pretty much how they look in the pictures on the website. I haven’t been disappointed by any of them. Orders are delivered quickly so no issues there. I haven’t had to use Customer Service (which is a good thing).
