Shocking service, even worse car.
What a shocking company, at 5am in the morning in a dark back street carpark we was given a Fiat Tipo that was full of damage, was dirty and had a crack that spanned nearly the full width of the windscreen, we was shocked but was told "its ok you have full insurance, no excess" over and over again. The car also had power issues, it chugged and struggled up hills (there are alot of them on Corfu) which meant I didnt really get out of first and second gear most of the time while driving.

There was an offer to swap the car but I would have had to travel to Corfu airport (2 hour round trip) back to the unlit backstreet carpark to swap at the exact time of 7.30 2 days after the initial hire there was no offer to bring the car to us.

I most definately wouldn't recommend this company. They also trade under the name Michalis Car Hire.

Strongly disappointed — not recommended.
We made a confirmed reservation well in advance. The car was supposed to be delivered to our hotel at a specific time. One day before, we messaged the company asking if the delivery could be slightly earlier. In response, we were told the reservation had been cancelled — no prior notice, no explanation, no effort to inform us.

Had we not contacted them ourselves, we would have been left waiting for a car that would never arrive. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Luckily, payment was to be made on delivery, so we didn’t lose money — but we lost time and trust.

We do not recommend this rental company.

I booked a car in january for the middle week of August. I receive the complete contract from them!
Sunday night I received an email that they cancel my booking due to issue with the car
and now I'm without car with my travel that starts on 14 august!!
is it normal? and they not reply anymore to my emails!!!!!

Truly, do not book here. 2 days before we arrived the cancelled the car. If you read on Google, this happens to everyone. Please spare yourself a really bad situation and DO NOT BOOK YOUR CAR HERE!!!

DO NOT BOOK A CAR HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We made a reservation for a car at this company for our vacation on Corfu. What we read in a few reviews also happened to us. A week before we would arrive at the island, they cancelled our reservation under the excuse 'the costumers who would return the car extended their contracts as their flight changed'. Which, as we realise now, is total b*llsh*t. First of all, this would not be our problem but theirs, and second of all, they cut off all contacts with us. They blocked my partners number several times after speaking to them. When we called with other numbers, they blocked them as well. They promised us several times to call us back with the manager, which ofcourse never happened only to block that phone number again. This is a TERRIBLE company which cannot hold their part of the arrangement. Please spare yourself and DO NOT MAKE A RESERVATION FOR A CAR WITH THIS COMPANY.

Booked a car 12mths in advance only to be informed 3 weeks before my holiday that the rates that had been agreed were last years rates and had now gone up by 84%!!! Not leaving me much time to sort out an alternative, which I suspect was deliberate to force me to use their inflated prices.

These people are crooks and not to be trusted – they also trade under Michalis Car Hire
