Was pretty easy , only issues i had where at the very end before closing wanting last bank statement of that month which just came out ? Why when had the previous 3 months , and closing was set for that week already.

Great experience from application to closing

Started engaging Corevest on a portfolio refinance for Baltimore MD, sent details over for over a week, was told after trading over 20 emails and preliminary Diligence items "we are not funding in Baltimore" which is fine but my initial email/contact had this in the subject line "Do you fund DSCR in baltimore, to which they responded, "Yes" 100% waste of time and energy"

loan shark! stay away. make you pay almost thousand in appraisal fee and refuse to communicate with you.

The process was extremely easy and much quicker the second transaction. From start to finish, even though Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s, it was only 33 days. Considering all the holidays, that was pretty spectacular.

I enjoyed working with Ryan over the past year on 2 different loans for both renovation and full build outs. The loan process was smooth, and Corevest closed in under 3 weeks. Communication was timely and they were upfront about all fees and terms of the loan. Even during the construction, I was able to get quick answers from Ryan and the team over text for draws and even a partial reconveyance. Would definitely work with Corevest again for my next project!
