We would like to clarify the circumstances surrounding this situation.
We originally quoted for your work several months ago, at which point your initial finance application was submitted directly to the lender. When you recently requested that we visit again to re-apply, our team gently advised that the outcome was unlikely to change within that timeframe. However, per your explicit request to try again, we sent a representative out to assist you.
While we offer competitive finance options, all final lending decisions are made independently by our finance partners, who strictly adhere to responsible lending guidelines.
We regret that the lender was unable to approve the application on this occasion, but we always aim to accommodate customer requests as transparently as possible.
Take your money elsewhere
I chose Coral Windows expecting a professional, well‑organised service. Unfortunately, that wasn’t my experience. After an installation in February, I was still dealing with unresolved issues in September. Even during a Stage 3 complaint visit, Coral arrived without the materials needed to complete the job. I agreed to finish part of the work myself simply to avoid yet another delay.
Catherine and Richard were excellent, but the wider management team needs serious improvement. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend Coral Windows.

Our goal is always to deliver a smooth experience. We apologise for any delays we may have caused, but do want to highlight some delays were due to ongoing adjustments beyond the usual scope of works, that we were glad to carry out as a gesture of goodwill to support you.
Regarding the remaining task—a small area of wood filling outside our standard scope—our engineer unfortunately couldn't source the exact matching material on the day. We apologised and offered to source the correct match and return, but we completely respect your decision to finalise it yourself.
We are delighted that Catherine and Richard provided excellent service, and we’ve passed on your kind words. We appreciate your constructive feedback regarding our overall co-ordination as we continuously look for ways to improve.

From start to finish we had a really good experience. No pushy sales, just sensible advice and patience while we ummed and arred over which door design and colour and went through about 6 options until we got to the one we went with - good communication throughout, with quick turnarounds and we now have our door installed, it looks amazing and the fitter left everything clean and tidy - no complaints whatsoever.

I Love my New Door
From start to finish of the planning, design, fitting and customer care, I couldn’t fault it. The door is really good quality. Adam did an excellent job at fitting the door, transforming the outside of my home. He was punctual, pleasant, got on with the job and cleared all the waste, disposing of the old door too. I found Coral Windows cheaper than other companies who quoted for the same. I would definitely use this company again in the future 😊

As well as both front and back door fitted last year I have also had my windows installed yesterday two of them . So much better quality than new build windows.

Coral Windows : superb afrer care
I was so impressed with the quality of my doors and with the service from Coral Windows that I recommended them to a family member who was equally pleased with her new door .
Recently there was a slight issue with the bi-fold door sticking. (After over 3 years ) I rang Coral customer service after care support at 11am and by 2:30pm an engineer had attended and completed the small adjustment necessary.
It is rare these days to be pleasantly surprised when companies actually stand by their claims ! I cannot praise Coral Windows enough .

Good product and installation, but extremely poor sales process.
The product and installation was very good, but the sales process was poor.
The installation was hassle free and the 2 installers were polite, methodical and delivered a quality product. However, the sales experience was not good.
1. We selected an outward opening stable door from the catalogue and the salesman input same into the website to create our sales agreement. However, to our great disappointment, a few days later we were informed there was an error and that Coral do not supply outward opening stable doors.
2. We were thinking of having a door in a particular shade of yellow, but were concerned the catalogue image was not a true representation. We were informed that we could visit the nearest showroom, which is a 45 minute drive away and they would have specimens of the colour we could see. Having checked the Coral website for opening times of their showrooms we planned to arrive at least 30 minutes before it was due to close. When we arrived not only were we informed they were closing up for the day, but that the showroom does not have examples of the various colours. This was a wasted 1.5 hour drive.
3. We were interested in taking advantage of Coral's interest free finance package. But, when it came to the point in the online process to sign-up for the agreement neither Coral's sales team, nor the finance company, were able to provide the necessary link to complete the process. We left Coral to try and sort out the problem but, in the absence of a call back after a couple of days, we decided to cancel the finance arrangement and pay in full. Again, more wasted time on our part and a disappointing experience.
Despite these 3 issues in the sales process we did not receive any heartfelt apology, nor any goodwill gesture for the inconvenience and incurred petrol cost.

Good Afternoon, we can only apologise in the difficulties you faced in the sales process.
We had actually reviewed our processes based on your experience and made changes to all 3 of the root causes of your issues and prevent anyone else from experiencing this.
For the stable door, this has been removed from our software to prevent this being offered to any other customers.
The colour, we have a huge variety of colours and while that is excellent news for our customers options it has made it hard to enable our sales people to show all colours, we now have devised new small samples of all the colours on correct materials for our sales people to demonstrate.
Finally on the finance, we had just introduced a new finance lender when you made your order and unfortunately they needed further information we hadn't taken, we have updated our process to make sure this is much easier for customers to navigate moving forward.
Finally once more I want to apologise again for this, but hopefully you can see we take our whole customer experience seriously and have jumped on these lapses swiftly. A member of our senior management team will be in touch to discuss this with you.

Good quality workmanship 2 doors and 2…
Good quality workmanship 2 doors and 2 french doors on the hottest day of the year, all done in one day, supplied cold drinks etc but they did not stop, very pleasant too.
I was disappointed that I rushed to get my order in to take advantage of the 30% discount to find that 3 days later their new discount advertised was “up to 50%”. But after emailing and phoning them I was told there was nothing they could do. It hasn’t put me off I would use this company again if needed.

The two men who fitted my doors & window were efficient, pleasant & polite. The new items were fitted to the existing structures very neatly - and they tidied up after themselves!
