Cooks and Company Anmeldelser

Right product, in perfect condition, delivered on time.

Buying products was easy and tbf probably best priced in U.K. Had a slight mix up with delivery but yet again Cooks and co logistics where straight on case and kept me informed. Yet to try product but can’t wait to get them plumbed in!

Great Customer Service ensuring a great customer experience

We managed to get a dishwasher installed just before lockdown arrived. Cooks & Co were very efficient and delivery was spot on.

Ordered my novy pro 1811 Ian was great everything was spot on couldn’t ask for any better service especially during these uncertain times. Thanks again will let you know how it works when and if things get back to normal and I get my kitchen fitted!

Nice company to work with and good prices. We have purchased two Miele applicances through them so far.

Good price, excellent communication both from the office & the delivery team and a very quick delivery given the current plandemic !!

Ordering was straightforward and delivery arrived when they said it would even in the current difficult circumstances.

Even in these difficult lockdown days, the order was quickly acknowledged and delivery arranged for only a very few days later. Immaculate service and thanks so much.

Very easy process from start to finish. Nationwide free delivery. Great Miele washing machine too!

Easy website to navigate. Good delivery dates.

Excellent service and great value for money.

Dishwasher was due for delivery on Friday between 1600 and 2000. I received a phone call around 1400 saying the delivery truck had had a tyre blow out and didn't know how long to get a spare. Did I need the delivery that day or could they reschedule for Monday? - I readily agreed to the latter. Dishwasher arrived that morning, with our disinfected garden trolley left at the roadside for them to load onto to keep our separation. I cannot see how it could have been done any better.

Good, fast, great price

Cooks and Company kept me well informed whilst waiting for my Miele dishwasher to arrive in stock. It was then delivered promptly and I can only praise their efficiency and customer service . It was of the highest standard with highly competitive prices .
Well done Cooks and Company!

Easy to order from the website. The item I wanted was the best price I could find on the net. The item was then delivered as expected, and in perfect condition. Excellent job all round.

Excellent service bought at Grand Designs at NEC in October just waiting for the tap to be fitted.

Excellent service from cooks and Co
Yet to have appliances installed but look forward to having them in my new kitchen
