Waiting 20 months only to be told they won't pay my account despite claim was succesful.
Suspicious Scammers I have been waiting for over 20 months to receive my compensation through Compensair. Now that the funds are finally ready, they are refusing to pay them into my own bank account.
They claim my name matches a "Politically Exposed Person" (PEP) list. I have provided my passport and my bank statement to prove that this is a case of mistaken identity and to explain my cultural naming conventions. Despite this clear evidence, they are ignoring my ID and instead asking me to provide a "friend or relative's" bank details.
Asking a claimant to route money through a third party rather than verifying their legal ID is highly irregular and unprofessional. After waiting nearly two years, I expect to be paid directly. I will not be using a third-party account. Please escalate this to a manager and resolve this identity error immediately.

Poor service
Used Compensair to claim for a delayed arrival of 18 hours. The airline told us several times at the airport the delay was due to a technical issue on the plane and therefore compansation should be due. Subsequently, the airline incorrectly told Compensair that the delay was due to circumstances not under their control (this is not true). Compensair did not do any checks or review the case. They only want to deal with simple cases (in which case you might as well do yourself and not pay the 35% fees they charge).

Percentage of the amount approved they took is really decent. I expected more. All I can say is thank you very much and that my experience is something that I’m going to share with all my friends and colleagues. Keep doing like this and you will definitely increase the number of customers. It was pleasure having you for a partner. Kind regards and if I get the same problem again I wouldn’t think about who I’m going to choose for claiming reimbursement.

Some of my coleagues have already get payment for 1 or more week ago, we complete form at the same time (2-3 min difference) and some of us have faster responses. Idk why, may be this is procedure, but sometimes need to comunicate more.

J’ai eu une compensation de 257€ par passager pour un retard de 4h avec ASL Airlines! J’ai testé juste comme ça, je n’y croyais pas et pourtant j’ai bien reçu le virement sur mon compte !!

Even I was sceptical at the beginning, but later on everything was as agreed with compensair and at the end of process I got the payment.

I recommend Compensair in the event of a flight delay on February 22, 2026 (more than 4.5 hours) because you are very fair and responsive, and within a month of reporting, you transferred my compensation payment (minus commission and VAT) without any upfront payment for legal services.
